Which is the maximum thickness that it can cut? We need to cut a 2mm soft wood

Not rated for 2mm of anything. You need to check out something like Amazon IDs B01LERLATW or B0024M5GH4. If one translates the packaging, one will find that the punch is rated for three (3) sheets of 64 g/m² standard office paper (between 2 and 3 sheets of standard 20 LB copy paper for Americans). I have found that in a pinch it will cleanly punch corners on 5mm laminate (as long as there is no paper in the corner just the laminating material). That is really pressing it to the limits but in a pinch... Also, learned the hard way that dropping it may knock the punch head out of alignment. In other words, the punch cannot be pressed down. DON'T force it if it won't press down under normal pressure. That will only permanently damage the punch. Flip the punch over and remove the chad cover. You will find the three punch dies are spring-loaded. If you carefully hold them all back (towards the outer edge of the punch) and at the same time work the punch head back down, this should restore normal operation. The punch head edges overlap the bottom dies in normal operation to ensure the best cutting performance. It is a great design. Kudos to the designers for a design fairly easy to assemble and repair.

Will this cut 10 mil thick laminated paper?

Yes it will. We cut 12mil plastic.Maximum we did was laminated on both sides 16pt paper.Id does NOT cut 32pt double layer paper, even though you can fit it in. Probably if you push harder... but I was afraid to break the handle.

Does this work on thin sticker paper? I've tried several different punchers and my sticker paper gets stuck.

If some excessive paper are stuck, I recommend by cleaning it. First take out all the excessive paper that is stuck. Then sharpen the blade again by simply using aluminum foil. Hopefully, that helps.

Will this cut through cardstock that is folded? I need to make wedding fans and want to round the corners.

No. Not folded with layers upon layers of thick paper. Just to clarify another comment saying this is “defective”. These aren’t defective, it states what it can handle cutting, which is .4mm. That’s like a single layer of 90-100lb cardstock. Folded fans would be a lot more than that. I am able to get this to cut through card stock, but even heavy card stock in single layers can take more pressure to get through it. This is is a hand held punch, not an expensive (they cost hundreds if not thousands) print shop sturdy punch or stack cutter that can punch or cut really thick stacks of paper. This is a simple craft grade paper punch. It can handle punching greeting card thickness. Anything more and you will have to press fairly hard.
