Used to modify Astroal dust mask Model:LF9130
An inexpensive way to upgrade your mask. The filters do not inhibit the mask in any way that I can tell. I cut 5/8" diameter discs and placed them in the vents of the dust mask. I used a dime to cut around. I have a 5/8" leather punch coming in to make things easier. Recommend the DIY upgrade. I did this because it was either the Mayo Clinic or St Jude that would not allow this mask as the exhaust vents weren't filtered. Hopefully this meets their requirements. I do not plan to visit either but I thought the upgrade was a good idea.

Carbon Prefilter
The filter is slightly courser than the original and doesn't provide quite the filtration as the original manufacturer's filter. Suitable for use but not as protective of the pleated filter.

Got to have this with the hepa filter.
I like that it works perfect with my Vornado purifier and you have to have it in order to run the HEPA filter I didn’t think about that when I first ordered the HEPA filter and had to go back in order these carbon filters but they work great together.

Great filters
These are a slightly different size than what I usually vet and slightly different fiber but they actually fitbetter, work we!l and are a little less expensive. So I am happy!
