YUCCA FILAMENTOSA ADAMS NEEDLE 20+Perennial Seeds

I received the seeds in a timely manner. Because this plant is a summer bloomer, it is generally best to plant the seeds in the fall. The Lady Bird Johnson Center has this to say about Yucca filamentosa; "Overwinter, keep seeds in moist sand in the refrigerator. For longer storage periods, keep in sealed, refrigerated containers." What this means is that you can either do this method (i.e. cold stratification) for desired results, or you can just do what nature does: plant the seeds in the fall, and the cold winter will do all the work. Having said that, I will plant the seeds I purchased in this fall, and I should have results next year. Other reviewers who have not had much success may have not known that this strategy is required for best results.

I am not sure what I was sent, but it certainly does NOT look like yucca 🤔 Included is a pic of the paper that came along with the seeds (return address is in KYRGYZSTAN 😳)

I followed the instructions to the letter and yet, six weeks later, not one seed has sprouted. Very disappointed.

I received the seeds promptly. Planted them immediately. They were in excellent condition. I do not know when they will sprout.

Only one is about an inch high, one died, the rest nothing. So I give it one star.

I’m frustrated that I can’t plant them until spring!
