Love Bob Evans brand Mashed potatoes!
Love these mashed potatoes! They always taste fresh and are easy to heat up for quick meal prep and soups. It's good for splitting as a meal for 2 or as a side for 4 people. After you heat it up and mix it let it sit for a couple minutes and any excess moisture steams of for regular thicker creamy mashed potatoes texture. Yum!

I like this a lot. It tastes very close to real potatoes, I suppose because it really is. It's fresh, not frozen, and the weight of the package is quite a bit more than you might expect, at 1.5 lbs. It's also well-reviewed elsewhere.
