This was a gift from my daughter for my 10yr old cat.Not only well made, but wonderful!A great quality carrier that comes with a an easily removable wheel base.After using it on a trip, I was so pleased. The wheelbase is so lightweight and strong that I could easily lift the carrier over curbs. Manuevers any direction, unlike problems ive seen with other wheeled carrier.. its easily separated from the wheel, by unclipping thr front and back. The strap used for carrying on shoulder is used. I simply lay it under the wheel base, place carrier on top, and attach to front and back. As a senior with health issues, it was a breeze in every way. The carrier feels like a denim material. The side netting lays open for more airflow in the car.I never have given such a great review on a product, but it made travel with my kitty so much easier for both of us

Amazing bag to transport pet for travel. It is incredibly comfortable for me to carry my pet all the way throughout the airport and for him as he was moving within and sleeping most of the time. Great value, great size. Perfect fit for cabin ticket

This is a great carrier. I also own the Sherpa on wheels and this one is far superior. This carrier is roomier and very lightweight. It is also built sturdier than the Sherpa. The zippers and fabric are much more substantial. The wheels turn on a dime and are very easy to attach/detach. It is also nice that it is expandable. I have not yet used it for airline travel but that is the plan. So far I have gotten my puppy comfortable being in it with lots of treats. My only concern is that my puppy will grow too large but that is not any fault of the carrier. So far my puppy is about 14 lbs and he fits pretty good laying down. Fingers crossed he doesn't grow too much more.

nice sturdy carrier. Can be carried with straps or rolled on wheels. Lots of room for the dog to move around with plenty of screeningt to allow for good air flow to the case. The only negative is the zippered corners hve to be perfectly lined up or the zipper sticks. I would recommend for the money.

I needed to bring my old chihuahua mix dog on a flight with me, so I got this carrier because it was supposed to fit under the seat, and I liked the wheels feature (so my back wouldn't be destroyed after carrying her all day on my shoulder).Here are the good things: it does fit under the seat on the airplane (in 2023 at least), but BARELY. It's a super tight squeeze to get it under there, but you can. You'll have to remove the wheels frame and store that overhead though. Also, the sides expand out, so when you're in the terminal waiting around, you can give your pet a little more breathing room. It's also really convenient to have your pet securely rolling along behind you in the busy terminals, and you don't have to struggle with a heavy shoulder bag while you're rushing to a gate.The not-so-good: She's only about 15-16 pounds, but she's got longer legs I guess, and this carrier was pretty small for her. I had to make her lie down to get the top closed, so she was squished in there when I had to board. I did unzip the top once we were in the terminal, and even once we were in the air (no one seemed to mind) so she could pop her head out. Secondly, the wheels on this thing... it's like they move all around independently, and it was difficult to pull along right behind me like you would luggage. It kept drifting all over the place, so I'd have to lock my wrist tight to keep it behind me. Lastly, it's a little awkward to take the carrier off the wheel frame and put back on, especially if you try to do that on the plane. It's best to take the carrier off the frame before boarding and put back on in the terminal. So you do have to be able to carry the dog in those situations.Overall, I'm really happy I got this because it did what I needed it to. If I could make any changes, it would be to add the expandable panel to the top of the carrier, so the dog could have her head up but still be zipped in while in the terminal. Also, those wheels need some better structure. But it's well made and held up great over the trip.

This is a brilliantly designed, meticulously constructed pet carrier! Our 18 pound Schnachsie fits perfectly and seems very comfortable. We will be taking her to Mexico soon, using this carrier. Thanks for a great solution to a challenging problem!

It was hard to find a carrier that would work for my 17 lb. Llasa Apso mix. The wheeled base is a nice feature and it is easy to take off and put back on. That being said, it failed when trying to put the wheels back onto the base after landing. One wheel would not click back into place so I had to carry it off the plane. I will be contacting the company for a replacement base. Will update review regarding how they handle my issue.We flew on an Allegiant Airlines airbus. I do not recommend using it for this aircraft. The space available to get it into place under the seat was insufficient. It actually got wedged between the seats in our row and the seat backs in front of ours. About one third fit under the seat and the rest stuck out into my foot space.Feb. 15 update: Excellent customer service. They are shipping a new base with wheels to replace the one I had trouble with.

I ordered this carrier after struggling several times to properly close my hard case carrier and carry my cat to the vet. I cannot emphasize how much better this carrier is. My cat routine pulled her nails out on the hard case trying to get out. Doesn’t seem to even be a scratch on the interior of this soft case. Super sturdy and the case once set up won’t collapse on your pet. Make sure to Velcro it to the aluminum frame. I love that my cat was clipped inside the carrier just in case there was an issue or I had problems with the zipper. No one wants to be fighting with their pet and potentially hurt them while closing up a carrier. And it was super easy to pull or push on my way in and out of the vet. I even had two vet techs mention how much they loved the case!
