Missing critical parts. Some parts provided did not match what was advertised.
Missing critical parts. Some parts provided did not match what was advertised. Opened the 6/26 to put on the kids bike for a 4th of July kids parade, only to find out that it is missing half of the hardware and all of the tools. While the tools should never be relied on, specialized hardware should be accurate. Unfortunately, due to life I was one day late in the return window, so now I am left with no way to return it. Very displeased.
