It works but use caution
I would have preferred to pick a color. This is ridged ceramic. Go cautiously at first. I got a couple of bruises on shoulder from use. I use it with massage cream mixed with pain cream. I like the feel if it & find it helpful. Mine arrived with a burr that was sharp but small. I used a nail file to level it. I'm still happy with it.
