Claimed it would work in the UK. Burnt out within seconds even with a proper adapter

I was totally disappointed with this item bought for my grandson. First of all it came with an American plug - not mentioned. I bought a conversion plug to enable use. It worked for approximately 5 minutes, heated two mallows and then died! No stars, the product is sitting in it's box, I'm still trying to find out how to return it! I gave it one star to enable my review to be processed!!!

Disappointed at Halloween for the kids! Turned on went red then it just turned off and didn’t heat up again after! Very disappointed about it! I want another sent or a refund adap! I will be taking this further if I don’t get a reply ! Not worth the value for money

The product arrived with a US plug, which is not legal here in the UK. This could result into catching on fire as it's a product that uses heat element. If you are in the UK, avoid this product.

Caught fire straight away, 10 seconds, booklet states not for use in countries that don't use 120v

For smores; the grandchildren are very happy with it

Yummy s’mores maker , everything I was hoping it would be , great for inside and outside table top snore maker . Use at home and on our camping trips … perfect s’mores every time , great value … one of our favorite buys , easy cleanup … Know what I’m buying everyone for Christmas this year , great family gift , they are sure to enjoy .

Everything is functional in this product, all its compartments, you can put what you like more for either chocolate or it can also be cheese, a nacho cheese party is great with this product, everything is more fun.

Cord was entirely too short to use anywhere but on the floor next to the wall. The center part sits on top on the tray instead of the trays surrounding the center like I expected. They trays btw were a bit small and extremely difficult annoying to get all clicked together. (My boyfriend had to hold it down on the floor and step on it to get it all together at once after I fiddled with it for at least 20 minutes) Overall though, once it was together and we brought out an extension cord, it worked perfect for making smores. Only had a bit of smell when heating up the first time and it does get hot! Careful not to get your marshmallows too close to the metal or they will burn onto it. Easy to remove and clean in that case.

This s’mores maker was a gift, it’s very small, not very easy for two people at a time to use. It does serve its purpose
