So worth it
I included the pic to show how well the Evoo was packaged. The inner box was cradled in thick cardboard & secured with plastic wrap. The bottle itself is thick glass. I realized quickly that I've either been using crap or fake evoo. I tried a tsp after opening & wow. It had that bitterness with the peppery after effect. The 2nd time I tried it per the instructions. In a little glass, I swirled it a couple times beforehand and it wasn't near as shocking. I've been using it daily, in pizza dough, sauces & pasta. It's delicious & great quality. The packaging & presentation makes it a great gift.

Product that is genuine
With so many brands of olive oil available, it is possible that the oil may not be pure, original, unadulterated,etc. It is literally a jungle out there. Price is not always a true indicator, but I believe origin and official country seals are a good indicator. These are reasons why I use Entimio oils for my self and to give as gifts. I also like the seasonal/depth of flavors available, and the varities. The packaging is also attractive which makes it especially attractive for gift giving.

Great Delicate Olive Oil
I bought one of each of the four Entimio olive oils. They are all fabulous and much better than anything I have bought in the US before. The Organic is the most delicate of the four, but still has a distinctive fruitiness with a slight peppery kick. I love to use this one on things like white fish where I want the subtle hint of flavor without overpowering the dish. This one has also been great for cooking. The packing is super nice too. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase.
