Does the wine or dark colors bleed dye on bed sheets or clothing?

I have had the chocolate brown on light colored sheets for a couple of months now with no bleeding or color transfer. I have not washed it (it's in the guest room so has not been used) so I can't speak to whether it bleeds in the wash. I love the soft feel of this case.

Same fabric on both sides?

yes. same fabric all over. very soft and comfortable!

Is the caramel brown dark brown like the first picture or lighter like the 2nd ???

Caramel color is the light brown
