it must have a limited useful life once a cut heats up enough to melt ...
When you need flush cutting, there are few options available, This is really the one reason I bought a rotozip above other brands of cutout tools. I wish they offered a carbide tipped saw blade, although the carbide grit blade seems to work well, it must have a limited useful life once a cut heats up enough to melt the brazing.

Light Duty Only
Light duty work only. Drive "wire" broke almost immediately and is jammed in the power unit. I was trying to cut heads off rusted 1/4" bolts. Really no good for even medium duty use. To be fair, I haven't contacted Roto Zip yet for replacement. I'm sure they are a professional business and will replace it for me. And with a bit of work I'm sure I can get the square drive "wire" out of the power unit. As the headline says, light duty only.

Must-have for the RotoZip
The Roto Zip ZM4-10 Zip Mate Right Angle wheel-cutting attachment was a great addition for my equipment. The stone cutting wheel worked perfectly for a quite complicated job of cutting through a stone slab. The only slight disadvantage of the right angle attachment is the rotation of the wheel with respect to the holding position of the tool: if you hold it in the natural position the weed will turn towards you and throw dust at you, so you have to grab the tool from the opposite side.Other than that, it worked perfectly and did the job in minutes.

Goofed on the my end of the order but great service
Fits my old rotozip but not my new one. My fault for having ordered something that to be honest with you I already had. Consumer error on this one. The product arrived as promised and was in new working order upon arrival. Great service. Thanks. I'll use this one as a back up.

This thing works better than you might reasonably expect
This thing works better than you might reasonably expect. As an incidental tool to cutoff eighth inch thick formed steel brackets, it works. Not as nice as a proper cutoff saw or sawz all saw, but it adds littleeight and bulk to your toolkit.
