LC-dolida Bluetooth Sleep Mask Headphones Complete Blackout Eye Mask

I bought this mask 18 months ago but as a side sleeper I found the speakers, despite being relatively flat, were still uncomfortable. They were better than wearing Bluetooth earbuds, but still uncomfortable to lie on. Which was a shame as the sound was surprisingly good quality, and the battery life was impressive. A month ago I finally got the courage up to cut the speakers out of the mask and bin them. I only regret not doing it sooner as the mask is so much better without them. I also have a Manta mask which cost more, but while I find the eye cups on both masks more or less equal (the Manta eye cups are adjustable but the LC-dolida eye cups are a perfect fit for me anyway), the material that the LC-dolida is made of feels better quality, and it never slips off my face at night, which does happen with the Manta, occasionally. The LC-dolida cups are not as deep as the Manta ones but they don't press on my eye lashes, which has bothered me with other masks in the past. The upside is that not being as deep means that when lying on my side the eye cups don't dig into my cheekbones, an issue I have with the Manta. If you sleep on your back, buy this mask. If you sleep on your side and the speakers bother you, just pull them out forcefully if you can't pull them out with the central module intact, as I couldn't. The mask is very comfortable, the material is soft and feels luxuriously silky compared to my Manta mask. It blocks light very effectively and doesn't feel uncomfortable or heavy. It also looks good. It feels particularly good at my temples, where with the speakers gone the synthetic mask material itself is both wider and softer than the one on the Manta, which feels more like a rubber band that is tight around my head and sits at a weird angle which is why it slips off at night sometimes.

I’ve been using this Bluetooth sleep mask for a while now, and overall I’d definitely give it 5 stars, especially considering the price and what you get. The comfort level is excellent — the mask sits softly on your face without pressing on your eyes or ears, letting you fall asleep easily without feeling any discomfort. It could be a little longer or more adjustable — as someone with a bigger head it felt slightly tight at first, and I had to stretch the mask a bit to get a comfortable fit. That said, it still closes securely and doesn’t affect its performance, so it’s a very minor issue in the grand scheme of things. One practical tip: if you plan on streaming from your phone throughout the night, make sure you leave your phone charging before you go to sleep — otherwise, you might find it drained in the morning! In summary: this Bluetooth sleep mask delivers on its promise — it’s soft, well-fitting, and the audio experience is surprisingly good for the price. A few small adjustments could make it even better, but it already earns a solid 5 stars for comfort, sound quality, and convenience.

An item that is hard to come by, and given that the speakers is quite good, and that it’s comfortable to lay on the side despite the speakers, I’m quite satisfied. However, I had to make quite many adjustments for it to stay on through the night, and remove gaps that appear underneath. I wish it came with the band on top I sewed on, cause given that it’s supposed to stay on quite low on the head, it slipped right down. And I had to cut out the electronic device on the forehead and put it on the outside, cause that was quite uncomfortable. But the end result has been a game changer for my sound sensitivity in the night, and the fabric is very soft.

I was pleasantly surprised by this sleep mask. The sound quality is good, with clear audio that’s perfect for listening to music, podcasts or sleep sounds without needing separate headphones. The blackout effect is excellent, blocking out light effectively and helping create a darker sleeping environment. The mask is also comfortable to wear, with soft material that doesn’t feel restrictive when lying down. The Velcro holds well and doesn’t feel uncomfortable digging into your head like some masks do. The Bluetooth connection was straightforward to set up and remained stable during use. The battery life is impressive, lasting through the night without needing frequent charging. Also if you wear false eyelashes this is away from your eyes so it doesn’t touch them.

This is my fourth sleep mask (third one with headphones). The other two were from musiology. This is my first LC-dolida and i just had to leave a review! WOW! The best one yet. It comes with a charger cable and a travel bag (they all do though). This one however is truly a 100% daylight blackout mask, unlike all the other brands i've purchased before. Zero daylight! The inside is water/sweat proof, this is vital as all previous brands began to stink after a couple of weeks. The battery is very good and charges in less than one hour. It doesn't press against the eyes no matter which way you sleep. At the back of the mask there is an elastic strap with velcro on it, this is important because every other brand just has regular tape that doesn't stretch and consequently will fail within a year! The bluetooth function works first time and connects instantly every time. The musicology brand type is a little hit and miss. The outside material seems to be a of a higher standard too. The speakers sound great if not better than other brands i've tried (not that they were ever bad). 5 out of 5!!!

Overall comfortable, good light blockage and good sound quality. Unfortunately the charging cable is very delicate and broke after only 7 months use, hence only three stars. This seems to be common to this type of item and needs to be addressed by manufacturers, perhaps provide a charging socket directly into the device through the front panel and dispense with the wire.

Very comfortable blocks all light and allows eyes to breathe. Good quality speakers. Doesn't leave crease marks on face after using.

Surprised by the sound quality and comfort of this sleep mask for the price i paid. Well chuffed 😊. I'm a side sleeper and found it very comfy to wear. I charged the eye mask prior to going away for a week and the charge lasted for my holiday wolithiut needing to be charged. Easy to sync to my fone. All in all a very good product

Very bad experience, when I sleep on my right it pushes my nose and I cant breathe anymore, also they don’t allow me to return it so I just waisted my money💔

Je connaissais la version antérieure mais en bandeau de sport de ces écouteurs. Cette marque est décidément de très bonne qualité. Ce bandeau de sommeil est très doux, il cache parfaitement la lumière et permet de dormir dans le noir, la place des écouteurs sur le côté et réglable de manière à les mettre pile en face des oreilles en fonction de sa propre tête, l'arrière est un attachage avec scratch que je laisse personnellement toujours réglé puisqu'il ce masque de sommeil est également élastique à l'arrière ce qui permet de le mettre et le retirer sans avoir à régler un nouveau le scratch. Le son est très bon pour écouter des podcasts, des chants polyphoniques ou de la musique classique pour m'endormir. Pour moi c'est l'idéal pour la nuit je n'ai pas besoin de mieux. Je savais d'ores et déjà qu'elle n'est pas prévu pour les basses mais ce n'est pas ce que j'écoute pour dormir. Par contre il est beaucoup trop chaud pour moi... Je ne retire pas une étoile à cause de cela parce que j'imagine que cela conviendra à d'autres personnes et qu'en hiver cela me conviendrait très bien aussi. C'est juste que je ne m'attendais pas à un bandeau de sommeil aussi chaud.

J'avais un pauvre vieux masque inconfortable, peu occultant et pas cher, maintenant j'ai un masque au top, avec le BT et la musique zen pour dormir, et toujours pas cher. Au top ! Super confortable et en prime le son est excellent. Mon meilleur achat pour cette première moitié 2026. 👍👍👍👍

J’ai testé ce masque pour dormir et écouter mes séances d’hypnose… et j’en suis ravie ! Le contour des yeux en mousse à mémoire de forme est incroyablement doux : les yeux ne sont pas écrasés. Le son est d’une très belle qualité, immersif sans être agressif. La texture du masque est agréable au contact de la peau, on l’oublie rapidement une fois en place. Un vrai petit bijou qui transforme l’endormissement en moment de pur confort. Je recommande à 100 % !
