Is there meant to be such a small amount of liquid in the bottle when it arrives new? It’s barely 1/3 of the way up the bottle!

Yes. Thats correct. Its a very very small amount for the price, i was shocked too, but if you read through comments this is the amount you get, but you only use a tiny droplet on each spot (my daughter had them everywhere) there will be enough, i have most of it left over surprisingly. Cleared my daughters molluscum in about 4 weeks. It does sting them, but if they can perservere it will hopefully clear it up way quicker than waiting for it to go on its own. The little spatula thing is crap but the stuff defo worked for us, just be patience and do it everyday till the spots go red. Good luck

The spot will go red before it scabs and dies, but we did not see any other redness. It can cause some discomfort, but it's worth persevering, it really worked for us. Good luck with your son.
