RUNNERSSAGE PRO MASSAGE THERAPY FOR TIRED LEGS & FEET From the inventor of Thumper comes a New Pro Strength Foot, Leg and Low Back Massager for FAST MUSCLE RELEASE. A 60 min. ma... Review: Just what I expected! - I had tried this massager at a Boston Marathon convention center, pre marathon expo. At the time I was just experiencing my first plantar fasciitis pains. I am not a marathon runner. Meanwhile, four years later with ups and downs in foot pain coming and going, I searched online for this exact massager which I clearly remembered from Boston. It is working to improve the circulation in my feet and that's key. Other machines I'll suspect will do that too and maybe were less expensive, but this one feels to have just the right power and the foot switches are nice to have as well. Overall the machine is cumbersome and heavy but I think it works and I like it, so although it shakes the house too, my review is good. Review: Happy Feet - This is a best friend for tired and sore feet. I first used one of these in my chiropractor's office and had to get one for myself. My wife uses it as well. we like it very much.

Amazing machine with one problem
The Good: I've had issues with tight muscles in my thighs that only this machine addressed. Over the years I've used other machines, had physical therapy, had massage, rolfing etc. Nothing could help it. The machine also worked incredibly quickly on my plantar faciatis (much, much quicker than those boots you wear to bed!) and many other issues. The Bad: The on-off switch is poorly placed. almost anything shuts it down - gets very frustrating while trying to use the unit. This is my second of these units. I wore the first one out. I use it for something almost daily. I'd have given this 5 stars but for the very irritating on-off switch issue. For the switch I'd give it zero stars - but hey - this is the only therapy that has worked for my problems! amazing results.

Do NOT use on your back.
I recently bought this machine from another method, not Amazon. While it is wonderful on your legs, they also say it can be used for your upper back. I decided to give this a try on the second day I had it. I used it according to the directions and within seconds the vibration cause my hair to fall off the top of the chair and into the machine. It wrapped it around the motor, pulling out a two inch section of my hair, and only stopped when my hair jammed the motor. While the company did replace my machine, they never acknowledged what the machine did to me. I did use it according to their manual and there are no warnings that this was a possibility.

STOPPED WORKING AFTER 8 DAYS
My Runnerssage STOPPED WORKING after about 8 days of use. I called the manufacturer, hoping they'd email me a shipping return label, but they said "You didn't buy it from us". (I bought it on Amazon.) So I had to pay the $23 shipping and insurance for repairs. AND they required I mail them a $30 CHECK for the return postage. Customer service is guarded, and their aim seems to be to protect and cover themselves, not the purchaser. When the unit worked, it was great, but for $499 for 8 days of use, + around $60 for shipping, it is not something I would recommend.

Great for sore feet
My wife got to try this at a doctor's office once. Ever since, she's been hooked. I bought her one for her and she loves it. There's a lot of power in that little machine.

Great for legs and feet
My husband is using it on his calves a lot, but I am loving the acupressure points for my feet. Seems very solid and not too loud.
