As a once avid gym-goer (RIP 2020), I have been itching to get as close to a workout routine as I had back in March. Purchasing an indoor bike (Echelon Sport/Connected) seemed like a great choice all around - space saver, great cardio, low-maintenance, etc. A friend of mine recommended this mat, which I was hesitant at first due to the low reviews. My typical self gravitates towards products that have reviews in the 1000s. However, I trusted her judgment and pulled the trigger on this mat. I am REALLY glad to have gotten this one, and to share my excitement figured I would highlight what I initially enjoy from this mat. I want to be upfront and let folks know I've had it less than 1 week, but can already tell it's built to last. Here are some pros: - Feels extremely durable (thicker than expected) - Texture is nice, and can be wiped clean with ease - Nice print that doesn't scuff easily Cons: - I don't have any yet but will update the review if things change PS - the first pic is my attempt to flatten it out with books - it worked for me, so it may work for you. Would I purchase this item again? Yes.

The Goplus Thicken Treadmill Mat for Hardwood Floors works well--I've yet to take it up, so I'm not sure the effect it's having on our light oak, hardwood floors, but it's certainly doing its job of reducing the vibration as I run!

Good enough mat, but a bit tricky to get in place under the treadmill, it wants to bunch up under the wheels, a little tricky, but seems plenty tough to do the job.

This is a great product. I didn’t actually use it for treadmill. I used it for a workshop space on my work area on the counters. I cut it and placed it and it stays in place super easily. No glue or tape needed.

Worked perfectly underneath the treadmill to keep from damaging the hardwood floors. Also helps with noise!

Made for exercise equipment. I used it for a workbench top. It has taken 3 months of abuse from heavy toolboxes to pounding from projects. Not for metal work or soldering.

I have a treadmill that is on two thick mats. Overtime some of the silicone used to lubricate the belt soaked through the mats onto the carpet. We did not realize the issue until we moved the machine to replace the carpet in the house. The purpose for this mat is to go under the other two mats to stop the problem. It is one piece and fits perfect for my purpose. The silicone will not leak through this mat - problem solved.

When purchasing a treadmill mat, my greatest concern was protecting the original wood floors in my 1952 house (since unfortunately that was the best place to put my treadmill). This mat seems to be doing the job well. We haven't noticed any movement in the wood or any indentations and the pad seems to absorb the motion well. It doesn't move at all and the treadmill feels quite secure.

The mentioned Dimensions are way too smaller for a treadmill. Also, the the material is thinner.
