Great mix
there seems to be a little bit of color variation in there, so Iโm not sure what all kinds of squash there may be in there. It does say zucchini, but there are different colors. Either way it taste really good when you put them in soups. I even threw a little in some sour cream and made a dip with it. Good stuff.

Rehydration time alert
These take a long time to soften up. It is my fault I canโt give a better review but Iโm used to zucchini that canโt over cook because it will get mushy but have had a few times the crunchy is there yet. I will continue buy this because I like it in casseroles and soup.

Yummy!
Ok, you are fixing a stew or soup. It's a little blah. You could have a full inventory of every fresh vegetable known in stock. If so - that's a might big fridge you have there. The alternative is to have a few jars of these guy's products. It lets you put in enough of this or that to liven things up. You don't have to waste a bunch, you just put in what you need. Put the jar back on the shelf. Simple / quick / tasty. No it's not like great great grandma did it. Teddy Roosevelt hasn't been president for quite a while either ....

If you like tree bark you will love this
I rehydrated per directions. I used it in vegetable rice, vegetable soup and in zucchini muffins. Disappointed. The pieces are very small similar to parsley flakes even when rehydrated. While some pieces rehydrated many did not. They were tough and cut the inside of the mouth. Just think of chewing tree bark. I would not purchase this again. I did like the fact that is dehydrated and if unopened has a long shelf life. Disappointing especially for the price.

Never Gets Edible!!
It deserves a negative star review -โญ-โญ-โญ! No matter how I have tried to cook it, the rind NEVER gets soft. 12 hours slow simmer... 24 hour soak before cooking.. Hard boiling... None of it worked!! It remained hard and brutal for any human attempting to eat it. Maybe market it as rodent food for hamsters, rabbits, and guinea pigs! As human food though DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Interesting as an add-on for muffins or other breads
I've always loved zucchini, so I thought if we did lose power or needed food to fall back on this would be a logical choice. I tried it in meatballs this last time for a Slovakian meal, and it was delicious! I like using things like this also for muffins or loaves of bread.

Mother Earth Products.
I have tried many different types of "dried"/dehydrated foods but the ones from this company are the best yet. I let them sit in a container in the refrigerator (in water) overnight and the next day, these are better to saute or cook with your dish you are preparing. Taste is good as well. Does not taste like the "dry" stuff but with this method, the taste is good. Nothing beats fresh, but this is next best if you want NON-GMO and organic preserved foods.
