In the first instance one of the two bottles arrived broken. After several reminders and intervention of Amazon, the item was replaced but again arrived in broken condition. Photo is attached. I am leaving for the UK on 13 September so if the seller is not able to replace the item straightaway I suggest a refund should be made immediately. My humble advice to the seller is that heavy glass bottles such as this should be wrapped in 4/5 round of bobble wraps and sealed at top and bottom ends instead of wrapping in just one round of bubble wrap and leaving both ends open, as he did in previous two occasions.I should be grateful if you could respond via email or phone call ASAP. Thank you
