This product wasn’t suitable for me I found it awkward to use and was going to return it. The customer service gave me a partial refund and I kept the brush. I gave it to my daughter and she loves it. Customer service was very prompt and fair.

Absolutely useless!!! It arrived for my daughter’s 14th birthday so she could spend less time doing her hair in the mornings with large straighteners. It was a good price but doesn’t work at all. Doesn’t even heat up!She was very disappointed ☹️

Don't get too excited ladies. You still have to run it down your hair slowly just like straighteners. However I have long thick hair and this doesn't do well. It's straightens the middle somewhat satisfactory but not the roots end and DEFINITELY not the ends. So Id say might as well stick to the proper straiteners for thicker, longer hair.It is okay however for my 7 yr olds shoulder length hair occasionally ! It doesn't again do the ends really but it gives it a casual tidy up look.

This would be zero stars if I had the opportunity to do so. Plain and simple..... It does NOT work !!!! It shows the temperature that you have chosen via a digital display, but it does not heat up at all. It literally does not even heat up by 1 degree !!!! It is a waste, indeed a theft of money. Robbers. Do not buy this item, or anything from this company.
