The pillow is nice, supportive and good quality. I am happy I purchased it because I tend to slouch while sitting and working and this helps support my back to sit up straighter. It staps on to my chair so I can have it where I want it on the back of the chair. The straps adjust and it comes with an extender if needed. The straps also have grips on it so it doesn't slide which makes it easy to put on the chair and stay put.

It's a good size. A little larger than your usual lumbar tube style, but it's solid and comfortable. Easy to install, just a couple of straps. Really eases up back discomfort and pain.

This pillow offers great support. I found it too large to use on my desk chair (there wasn't enough room left for me to sit), but it works great with my reading pillow. I believe this one is called The Gambit. There is a smaller one (The Maggie) that I use with my recliner. Both are great.

It’s held up since I’ve gotten my office chair, helps with my posture and was easy to set up. Stays in place, fits to my big ol gorilla back and is comfy. I love this thing on my chair, and has helped with my previous back pain that I no longer get from the chair. My only suggestion would be for a better material that isn’t so abrasive on bare skin, something smooth. Regardless, great product, great value.

This is false advertising.. THERE IS ZERO MEMORY FOAM in this support pillow. This is just springy regular open cell foam. It does place your lumbar in full arch, and I mean full... Its quite thick and it doesn't give a like a memory foam would. There is little compression or settling that occurs. As a result you sort of bounce on a car ride... It would be so much better if it did include a memory foam layer around a closed cell foam core to promote compliance and a more secure ride. It would also allow the support pillow to conform to the amount of arch that is more of a natural position rather than really pushing you forward. And before you think I must weigh nothing.. I'm 6'3" and weigh 200lbs... So, on the heavier side of average. Overall the pillow is okay. The build quality is very good. Easy to use and wash with removable cover and additional straps for wide seats.. The width of the pillow is narrow, which is good to fit in between the bolsters of bucket seats in cars. The straps are plenty long to fit around a wide chair or on a bucket seat. The two cars, I've used it with are Nissan Murano and Subaru Outback. Its way more comfortable in the Murano than the Outback, I think its because the Murano's seat caves in deeper without the lumbar on. Free Tip - if your car seat also has lumbar support, try turning that off in the car when you first use the pillow, you can dial in the amount that's most comfortable for you. While my back was in severe pain, this support got me through a couple of long 3hr drives, however, as I am strengthening my back and feeling better, the more uncomfortable this pillow is becoming.

I’m generally extremely skeptical, & often I’m still disappointed in purchases (even with already low expectations). This lumbar support pillow has truly been a lifesaver for me! Pain while sitting in the car is now minimal, & I’m able to walk much better after being in the car for 20 min or more. I’m literally on my feet for the entirety of my 12-14 hour shifts, & am constantly having to help lift patients, set up & move heavy equipment, & perform crazy maneuvers during emergencies (I work in a busy trauma hospital). This item provides an incredible amount of relief, & is hands down the best purchase I have ever made in my life! Again, I am a very cynical person, & this is a completely independent review! For what it’s worth, I undergo lumbar injections every 3 months, & will likely have to undergo surgery within the next year or two.

Effective for use in car seat!

Boy - did I ever need this back support! I have been spending so much more time at my dining room table, I had been developing back pain. This works as advertised. And the red colour even matches my chair! Just wish the seat cushion from the same manufacturer came in the same colour option.

I had upper back pain from sitting at my desk all day, which got so bad I couldn't sit ask my desk anymore. I would work laying down with my head supported, but even then the pain continued, I think because of using the mouse. I tried several postures and approaches to solve the problem, to no avail. I was getting desperate. That's when I bought this cushion. It solved my problem in a day or two. I am now able to sit at my desk all day and my back is fine. I sit with my back quite straight, and what surprised me the most is that event though the support is mostly for the lower back, the fact that the spine is positioned correctly there directly impacts the upper back, which is where I had pain. Great cushion, highly recommended!

I don't know what all the hype is about. This thing has very little support. It squashes and ends up being nothing. I get much better support from rolling up a towel and tying each end with string. I put this behind my back and I have permanent support. This cushion disappears as I lean on it and it's like it's not even there. I thought it was going to be harder and offer support but instead, it squashes into nothing and does nothing. Might be good if you have very little back pain, but if you have anything substantial, try the towel instead and don't wast your money on this.

My lumbar vertebrae thanks you for this tremendous product. I don’t know how people get through their day without sitting with their spine properly curved.
