I've not used a tone bar before, usually glass, brass or steel slides. But, this is ideal for many styles, particularly if playing the guitar on your lap. Good quality and nice sounds, so far 👍

Bought this after making a start on Dobro style guitar. I was using a brass slide but wanted a slide more suited to lap style playing. The bar has a great tone, fits the hand comfortably and makes it easier to get an accurate intonation. Happy with this purchase.

When I first started play with it found it to be really good, after a week a copper colour came through on the bottom of the bar. Looks like it is plated, I bought this because the advert said stainless steel and it clearly is not. You need to make this clear on your advertising

Although it is comfortable to play and sounds good initially, after a few days the silver finish began to wear off the bottom, a copper colour is revealed and it began to grind against the strings - this makes me think it is probably a thin coat of chrome over brass or bronze?

Deze tone bar gaat op den duur krassen vanwege de kwetsbare beschermlaag. Misschien toch maar iets meer geld uitgeven? Het model en gewicht zijn wel vrij redelijk.

Lo uso con un lap steel de seis cuerdas y me va perfectamente, obviamente no se puede comparar con otros mucho más caros de uso profesional, pero a mí me da un resultado excelente para un uso domestico y de ensayo.

Nice slide! Smooth surface! Maybe it is a little light for my tastes, but good value for the money!

Tient très bien en main. Le poids est idéal et permet de jouer facilement l'aspect extérieur est bien meilleur que sur la photo.
