What are the ingredients? Where are the ingredients from?

Ingredients Horseradish, Sorbitol, Modified Food Starch, Rice Bran Oil, Sugar, Salt, Water, Wasabi, Artificial Flavor, Citric Acid, Turmeric, Xanthan Gum, Artificial Color (FD&C Blue #1)

What are benefits of eating this?

It clears your sinus's when eating sushi rolls and adds a complimentary flavor.

Is there any monosodium glutamate in the ingredients?

There is no MSG in the ingredients and it is Gluten free.

I have microwaved it, but not on a plate by itself. I added it to a frozen Japanese dinner which only took a couple of minutes to heat. It survived microwaving just fine, but this Wasabi product is so powerful I didn't like it heated with the dish and since have added it after. Done right after microwaving the Wasabi is lightly heated instead of fully hot. Mine is an 1100 Watt microwave if that helps you at all.

Great taste. Nice and hot!

Great wasabi! So nice to have it on hand when on a whim I decide to make sushi. Since I have it in the cupboard I don't have to worry about buying it each time I run our for fresh tuna or salmon. Good stuff.

I love Wasabi!

Usually we buy the small tubes, but we go through them so quickly. When I saw this big daddy tube, I added it to my cart. Same as the good stuff in the small ones. Would order again.
