Frozen uncooked Quorn meat free burgers made from mycoprotein. Mycoprotein is a nutrious form of quality protein, naturally low in fat and high in protein and fibre. These deliciously juicy meat free burgers are perfect served in a sesame bun with lettuce, red onion and your favourite tasty relish. Made in the UK. Vegetarian Society approved. Each pack is 2kg and contains approximately 40 servings, ideal for foodservice. - Shallow Fry: Cook on a medium heat for 8 minutes, turning frequently. Oven: Pre-heat oven and baking tray to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 and cook for 13 minutes. For fan assisted ovens reduce cooking time by 2 minutes. Grill: Pre-heat grill to a medium setting and cook for 7 minutes, turning frequently.
