Easy to understand for my students...
I love this poster set. My students live it too. Simply for the fact that it is easy to understand. It also teaches my students the general premise of...important things happened yesterday and the day before that....

WASTE OF MONEY...RETURNED
I ordered this to give to my daughter’s teacher to display in the hallway of their intermediate school. I was very disappointed. It covered only the verybasics of world history while leaving out many important events and people that have influenced world history. Although I didn’t take the time to study it in detail, one glaring error I saw was that WWII was supposedly from 1938-1945 for European countries. I’m pretty sure Hitler didn’t invade Poland until 1939.To be fair, I wasn’t expecting an “Encyclopedia Brittanica” type timeline, but this timeline was rudimentary to the point of being insulting to fans of history. In addition, I saw on the packaging that it was intended for grades 6-12. For advanced students who enjoy history, I would rank this timeline on about a fourth grade level. The final straw was that the timeline ended around 2010 with one of the very last entries showing a smiling President Obama and noting that he was the first African-American President. As we all know, quite a lot of history has happened in the world since he was elected the first time around. If a publishing company is going to produce and sell a timeline, is it too much to expect for them to keep up with the times?!

Quality detailed timeline
The only product of its kind. Inclusive and informative time line, full of details and illustrations. Highly recommend. Great for homeschooling with world and U. S. Maps.

Oof... Glaring Error
You know, it's not exactly a great advertisement for your historical accuracy if your photo for Martin Luther nailing his 95 Theses on the door of Wittenburg Castle Church in 1517 shows Martin Luther King Jr. (no relation) speaking on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial.
