During the rainy days this product helped me a lot. As we have a well water that fills our tank, hence during the rainy season huge amount of algal growth is seen in our tank. This kind of water causes dirrhea, so we ordered for this tablets. Many videos showed the use of such products. Even the video in Amazon also showed the proper use of this product, which helped me understand its pros and cons. However, it was told that this perticular product is for 1000 lits water tanks, but as I had heavy loads of contaminants in my water, I have used it in my 500 lits tank. One tablet of 1000 in a tank of 500 lits capacity. During studying all the other reviews I found few complaining about the quality of the product and their dissatisfaction regarding uselessness of the product in terms of cleaning or its recommended use. However, I feel it depends completely on the quantity and load of impurity present in the water. Depending on which we should decide which product to be used, whether 500 lits tablets or 1000 lits tablets and how many tablets during each cleaning session. It's very easy to use also, just need to drop the tablet into the water tank. This tablet reduces the load of microorganisms in water, reduces foul water odour, and reduces the chance of enteric disease related water bourne problem to some extent. Hence, use it after carefully studying about the product, this can not be a 100 percent solution for a contaminant free water, it can only reduce the amount of impurity. I was very satisfied with this product and it's value for money.

Purchased for: Rs. 495/- Have used this product for close to 4 months. Bought it to disinfect my 750Ltr storage tank & am pretty satisfied with the purchase. * Disinfects & purifies water as stated by killing harmful bacteria / viruses. * Difference in taste of water is evident after using the tablets. * Purification method is similar to bleach powder but not as harmful. Water feels safe for drinking after usage. Shortcomings: * Packaging needs to be improved. Received couple of tablets in broken condition, turned into powder. * Shelf life is claimed to be 3 years but I really doubt it considering the tablets started deteriorating in sealed box within 6 months. Conclusion: To be fair enough, shelf life doesn't really matter due to quantity of tablets offered. Even if 1 tablet is used per week the quantity will Last for maximum 6-7 months. If price factor can be ignored then this product is Recommended!
