Good cameras and DVR at this price
Received the product in time and all the items included hardware was found in packaging except the user manual, warrantee card and proper bill (torn amazon bill was found).As no user manual was there and I am a new person for CCTV installation, hence spent hours to view the youtube videos. Lot of videos are available on youtube for this DVR but few of them are really good and useful. Without much difficulty could install the all three cameras without much problem.

Overall value for money product.
Cable provided with the combo was not of good quality.Cameras are good, easy to install and transmit good quality images.

Great value for money kit.
Received the kit properly packaged.The only problem is you have to call another person to get it installed.But it worked out great.I asked the guy who came to install the cameras, and he said the price was very good.

DVR and cameras are good and original products of hikvision. The other accessories are not of hikvision so they are of some nomal brands. The vision of camera is clear for 10-15 meters then it's not possible to recognise the face of human. Night vision is not that good, only nearby things are visible.After 3 years a the 3 CCTV cameras and the SMPS got damaged due to sudden thunder storm.

Product quality
The product is good but the hard Disk is not as stated. It is regular instead of commercial. The back up runs slow with multiple camera selection.

Total rubbish, one of the camera didn't work while i have three year product warranty for camera
I bought this CCTV system on December 2020, they clearly advertised about three years camera warranty and overall all system but unfortunately since last month one of my camera not working and useless now i tries to contact Amazon and also customer care of this so called company but i couldn't get refunds or exchanged.Please avoid for buying from amazon its bit costly to buy your local shop but you get guarantee to your money you bought genuine product and worth for your money.Amazon should not allowed this type of seller to sell item on their platform.
