can't go wrong except for two minor complains...
3 years ago, I was on a mission to lose weight so I first joined a kickboxing class in April and lost 10 lbs in 2 months. After losing 10 lbs, I felt like I could be motivated to exercise on my own to lose more weight without rejoining the kickboxing class so I bought bunch of weight training gears to exercise and lift weights at home.I first bought one of those waist trimmer, neoprene sweat belt and I thought it really helped me focus on my core and sweat my stomach area to promote weight loss by removing excess water and burn more calories. So I then thought, why just cover the stomach area when you can cover the entire top with a tank top?So after doing some research and reading the Amazon reviews, I decided to try this one by TAILONG for three reasons:1) it has a zipper - so it will be easier to take it off after sweating compared to the ones without a zipper,2) it has a zipper liner - so that any part of the zipper does not come in contact with your skin, and3) it has breathable mesh on both sides - so that it can help vent and evaporate any trapped sweats. The vest works extremely well and it helps you sweat like crazy within minutes of exercising but surprisingly it's very comfortable to your skin and the outside stays dry!My only two complains about this vest is that:1) it has a plastic zipper that feels flimsy and2) the zipper pull tab is on the left-hand side, which makes it a bit awkward to zip up since men's zipper is supposed to be on the right side, pun intended (well, at least in US).Other than these two minor complains, I love this vest and I'm actually now thinking about buying a full suit workout jacket that also covers entire arms and shoulders. Bottom line is, you can't go wrong with this vest if you don't mind the two minor complains I mentioned.I hope this helps and if it did, please click on the helpful button below!

Too cold during the day, wear this as your base layer and finally be comfortable.
Zipper is the way to go. I bought three similar neoprene sleeveless shirts. Two without the zipper and this one with the zipper. They are designed to fit tight. Without a zipper, you are tugging and pulling a sweaty, wet, thick shirt off after you've worked out. Buy the zipper, much easier to get on and off.Fit. I bought a large. I am a male. I am 5'11"; 184 LBS; 42" chest; 32" waist. This being said, I have an athletic build, a big chest, small waist and 14% body fat. Not the thinist person out there, but not too heavy. The chest has a bit of extra room. If your chest is a bit flabby or you are a lady with B cups, this could work well. In the waist, it is snug, but not too snug. It stays on the body with some extra room.Heat: Yes you will sweat if you wear this while you work out. I've worn it bicycling and working out with weights. With both, I've felt warmer and produced sweat. Helps keep your core warm on a cold bike ride.If you are cold-natured, buy it and wear it under your regular clothing. You aren't going to sweat too much, you'll just stay a nice comfortable temp. If someone in your house or office keeps the temp lower than you want, make this investment to stay comfortable. As long as your shirt isn't a see-through white, no one will know you are wearing it.If you are working outside in the cold, buy this as your base layer. You'll keep your core warm.Washing: easier than you would think. Hand wash. It dries quickly by wringing it out and then simply hanging it up.

I highly recommend it - buy one for yourself
I give it 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons:1) The sizing chart isn't exactly accurate. I know we are all shaped differently or carry our weight in different areas, but I would think the average person ordering these things really wants to get rid of their stomach. So, if it fits in a relaxed fit well it's not hugging my skin and won't create as much sweat. Whereas if it is snug then it gives you the effect you desire. That being said, I don't know about larger sizes.. but I have had to painstakingly order 3 of these: Large, Medium, and now Small. Again, I don't know about larger sizes.. may you can correlate based on this info, but if you are a size 36 waist - order the large. A size 34 waist order the medium. And if you do your due diligence with your diet/exercise and shrink to a size 32 (like I did) then order the small. It's definitely not too tight and feels just right.2) The breathable mesh isn't desired. Maybe for some it might be, but for me.. I just want more coverage for more sweat. I ordered this one over another brand because of the fact that it is long and covers not just your entire stomach but even overlaps over your buttocks a bit.. so, I have 100% coverage of my target area and then some.. otherwise, I'd have ordered another vest that doesn't have the breathable mesh. But, all said, I had to choose the lesser evil.. so this vest won.All in all, I've worked out with it on and with it off.. both cardio and lifting.. and when it is snug, you most definitely sweat a ton more! I highly recommend it - buy one for yourself, buy one for your friends and family members.. it is worth it.
