Love em
The 3m wire nuts are leaps and bounds above the rest. Sure Ideal tans or reds work fine in most situations but these cover a wider range of wire sizes in one wire nut. The 3Ms rubber skirt gives a bit more coverage ensuring there is no bare copper exposed. They twist on and bite into the splices very easily. Once on they aren't going to loosen up and fall off. They are also easier on your fingers, for those of you that have put spent the day making splices and buttoning up junction boxes you know what I'm talking about. They are a little more expensive but we'll worth it in my opinion.

Not an electrician :D
Not an electrician, but I have a lot of outlets and fixtures to wire right now. The actual electrician who put in the new wiring had left a handful of connectors with rubber skirts. I liked the idea of them, so I went in search of more but couldn't find any locally. I'm presently working my way through a box of these 3M connectors, and so far they've been great -- they really do get a good grip on the wires. A recurring issue I'd been having with putting light fixtures on the older '40s wiring was that the copper often shot right out the tip of other nuts after a few hard twists; it's still early days, but so far that's yet to happen with these 3M connectors. Nice! So it's seemed worth it to pay extra for them.

Better any any connector you can buy at the big box stores
These connectors are far and beyond the best I've ever used. I'm not a professional electrician, but an avid DIY-er. I've re-wired most of my house using these, and I love 'em.I noticed that electricians seem to use these, so I gave them a try. These have a really great bite and hold on connected wire that no other product can touch. This is pretty important, as I want to know that any connection I make is going to stay, and with these there is no doubt - connections are really firmly made and it is very hard to pull off the connector once it's twisted tight. I've used all of the brands you can buy are your local big-box stores, and none come close. The flexible skirt on these is nice as well if you are working in a tight place.I'm not going to bother looking anywhere else for connectors.

Amateur electrician...these saved my butt.
When I say amateur, I mean I've never worked with home electrical systems before. Had a licensed electrician friend provide some feedback and instruction and suggested these connectors. Without them, there is no way I would have been able to rewire half of my house including new junctions, splits, outlets and switches.

Highly recommended!
This 3M product is well worth the extra money spent over the common rigid plastic wire nuts commonly sold in most home supply stores. The soft pliable shoulders make it far easier to tuck into electrical boxes than the cheaper wire nuts that have flooded the market.

Product use should be used with caution
First 3M product in 40 years I have reservations about. It is a good product with a lot of good features. One con, you need to be careful not too over tighten or it will cut the wire, not good. I have been an electrician for many years so I have the skills needed, just a caution to those who do not know this could occur. product should only be used by a knowledgable person, not recommended for armatures.

A great wire nut - like these better than the "standard" and will keep buying them.
I have tried many different brands of wire nuts and these are the best of the bunch. They exhibit a tight grip on the wire, the "strain relief" at the bottom is very nice, and I have never had the metal part inside fall out as I have with some other brands. These also have a very nice rubberized finish as opposed to the shiny finish of just about all the others. After several jars and boxes of them, I have found the manufacturing consistency and quality control is excellent. Highly recommended!

Easy to twist on, and don't shear wires coming off.
These are pretty good marrettes. I've used them up to 8-10awg with success, more often I'm doing 12 and 14 which these are perfect for. They bite very well, and if you have to take them off they still come off without buggering the copper or shearing it off inside the marrette. I'll be using these for the foreseeable future.
