Everyone loved this brand of gluten free pasta. Those who don’t have to eat gluten free asked to taste and were very impressed with taste and texture. Wish Amazon sold other shapes. Great product.

The best gluten free pasta. The texture is just like regular pasta and the flavor is delicious, my family eats it and the first time i didn't tell them it was gluten free and they had no idea.

Amazing Texture
The best, I was getting so tired of dried pasta but this is just a different experience altogether. It has revived my appreciation for it. Now if only I could find its equal in a sauce.

i hesitate to give this a 5 star rating because i want it to be a secret. this pasta is gluten free and tastes way better and more authentic than anything you will find in a grocery store.

Good neutral flavor
These are quite good and hold up for leftovers. The flavor seems neutral, not corny. I am unable to get my preferred zenb pasta in the US anymore due to tarrifs (what they told me) so although this is not a protein pasta, I am satisfied otherwise. Some Target stores carry it also. Since this is imported, I hope it doesn't go away also.

The best pasta so far
Delicious pasta. I made a casserole with it and friends had no idea it was gluten free. It didn't get mushy like some gluten-free pastas. The price was good too.

Worth a try!
This was a wonderful gluten free pasta! Both the texture and taste were great; very close, if not equal to regular pasta. I head about this pasta from a book written by a chef and thought I would give it a try. It did not disappoint! If you are in a gluten free diet I highly recommend you try this brand!

This is the closest to regular pasta I have ever had. Cooks perfectly al Debye. Leftovers don’t go mushy in the fridge. Very happy with this pasta.
