Great from ensuring cleansiness.
After having a bad experience with the BootyFresh spray, I was a bit skeptical to actually TRY this gel. I didn't want to have another adverse reaction.But I'm HAPPY to say that Fresh Dab is the total OPPOSITE of BootyFresh.This gel cleans WONDERFULLY. I feel like my rump is refreshed and I don't worry about if I smell like a #2, because this 'washes' away any remnants of my bathroom events.I usually use scented baby wipes to make sure I'm clean down below, but I always had the worry of 'Did I get it all? Do I stink?' There are even some brands of baby wipes that I seem to be allergic to!With Fresh Dab, I don't seem to have any allergic reaction. I've used this on a baby wipe that had accidentally dried out with no issues. I've used this after a normal #2 and a bout of diarrhea, and both times, it has cleaned my rump just fine.What I really like about this is the fact that it's in gel form. It does not run or drip, even with spazzy hands. It also doesn't saturate the toilet paper to where your fingers poke through. That was a HUGE plus when I was cleaning up after the diarrhea issue.The only problem I see disabled people having with Fresh Dab, minus any allergic issues, is opening the bottle before the first use. Under the cap is a pull tab which has been known to give able-bodied folks a hard time. The cap is a push-to-flip style cap and it pushes very easily. The bottle squeezes with minimal effort and the gel is just the right consistency that it won't 'spill' all over, yet not too thick that it won't come out.FINAL THOUGHTSI really like this personal hygiene gel. Upon pumping my septic tank it was noted that the tank was filled with undigested wet wipes. The wet wipes may say septic safe on the box however, they are not. Fresh Dab is the way to go. Drop a dab on your tissue, wipe, and flush. Remember tissue is septic digestible.

Good alternative
We used to use flushable wipes but later found out that they really aren't safely flushable since they don't break apart as they're advertised to do. This was the best alternative that I could find to the wipes. They don't work as well as the wipes, IMO, but they're better than nothing I guess.

It's Fine
It is a fine product but unfortunately, pipe clogging wipes are better. You can get same clean/feel using Witch Hazel and if you have hemmoroids it will help to shrink them too.

It's Okay
Works okay but requires a lot of toilet tissue. Too bad they don't make a wet wipe that is truly flushable because they work much quicker and better.
