KS2 English Year 5 Writing Targeted Question Book (CGP Year 5 English)

This is a really useful and well-structured workbook for Year 5 English practice. The layout is clear and easy to follow, making it simple for children to work through the exercises independently or with a bit of guidance. The questions are well targeted and cover a good range of writing skills, helping to build confidence step by step. It strikes a nice balance between being challenging enough to support progress without feeling overwhelming. The book is also great for reinforcing what’s being learned at school, and it works well for both regular practice and revision. Overall, a high-quality resource that’s engaging, effective, and good value for money.

I am so glad I purchased this book and have been using it throughout lockdown. It is perfectly suited year three curriculum, in fact, it moves at exactly the same time as the school lead activities day. The activities are fun and well structured.

These are great books to go along with the curriculum. Easy to understand and plenty of exercises to keep them busy. I was recommend these when my child was going through her sats by an ex teacher. I now have lots of different subjects for high school to help during lockdown. These have been brilliant to keep her on track.

Simply great book for Y5. The book has it all: grammar, comprehension and answers. each chapter has little bit of interesting text, some photos, questions related to text, extra challenges, term explanations. If your child struggle with comprehensions this book will definitely help!

Great buy, great books
