20 pack of Chiclets Gum by Adams Mexican Version

It's a shame I can't get these anywhere anymore, I really like them. This particular item isn't exactly like the ones I used to get at the corner store - they're a bit sweeter thanks to Aspartame artificial sweetener and they seem of have a little more peppermint kick, but they're still fantastic and I'm glad I found them.Now... If I could only find Spearmint Tic-Tacs again...

Just an old product that’s has been difficult to locate in my area for many years. So this is the chewing gum everyone remembers. I think the pieces are slightly smaller now, but equally good.

The "new Chiclets" in the new Gray and Yellow package by Adams' taste pretty much exactly like the "old Fashioned" Chiclets that we all grew up chewing in our youth. They have little mint speckles now in the outside coating but the flavor lasts and the texture remains very similar. It does have Aspartame in it now but I cannot taste it. I remain very wary and have always been very aware of Aspartame due to its bad reputation as a sugar substitute. But, I can verify that the first and main ingredient in this new Mexican made version is pure old SUGAR ! In my 70's now, I have been refreshing with Chiclets since I was a chillin'. So be confident that you can "Just Go for it, Roy" as she hollered in the movie Tin Cup !

Absolutely disgusting. This vendor and Amazon won't let me return it...definitely moisture compromised. Do not order from these people
