Solgar makes the best Nutritional Supplements Hands down. I always by Solgar because of their quality. That's one of the reasons why you can't get them on a deep discount like other brands because they are truly quality and they don't cut corners for anybody! I know this company very well because as the Nutrion team leader for Wholefoods and other companies for almost 20 years, I know what I'm talking about! However, you need to know that there are 3 different Vitamin E that you can buy. One is the synthetic one that states it's made of DL Alpha which is crap! The other two are Natural which are either made from Mixed Tocopherol This is good but not as good as the pure D Tocopherol (and not mixed) which is the best and is usually more expensive but it's worth your money. Be sure to take your Vitamin E like your Vitamin D with food that contains Fat because they are both Fat soluble and absorb much better in your system!

I made an order of 7 different type of vitamins, they all arrived on the same package, very happy with this order!!!

I purchased this to help thicken my uterine lining that was thinned by cycles of Clomid. Since taking it my lining has been thicker but... that could be due to switching from Clomid to a different medication or from the vit. E. who knows? Either way I don't think its hurting anything. The pills are small and easy to swallow. I love this brand and have never had a problem with anything from them before. The bottle is glass.

I feed these to my horses to be sure they are getting enough real Vitamin E. Normally they would get it from grass but we do not have a lot of grass all the time so I supplement their diet. They need about 1000-1200 units a day so I throw three in their feed and they eat them right up! Much more affordable than buying Horse Vitamin E which is often not the real one. Highly recommend. I take them myself as well.

I give these as supplements for my dog. She needs them for her skin and nose and has been doing great since we started her on them. Had to get the large bottle because we were always running out.
