1: Increased Focus: I take the 1st pill in the morning, regardless whether my workout session is in the morning or afternoon. I feel an increased focus and streamlined composure.2: Weight Loss:The product targets fat loss specifically, and i've been losing my fat mass as opposed to my muscle mass. This is amazing.3: Muscle Growth: Fat decreases, and muscle growth increases. The size of my muscle is growing, and my workouts are still the same.4: Recovery: Recovery time is amazing. I don't feel any muscle pain or body aches, my body relaxes after the workout. Moreover, the next day i am comfortable with my body and it feels very fresh. SOmething that i haven't felt before using your product.5: Increased Energy: I feel that my energy level is boosted when i take your product throughout the entire day.

I have skin cancer, for which I have been prescribed a chemotherapy pill to reduce its size. I have been taking it for more than two years now. One of the side effects of the chemotherapy drug is bad muscle cramps.To prevent or at least diminish those, my doctor prescribed L Carnitine. It works wonderfully. It does not totally prevent them all, but it does diminish the frequency of leg cramps, and if I get one, I immediately take another dose of L Carnitine, and the cramps go away within fifteen minutes. I don't know all the other possible uses to which it can be put, but for anyone with muscle cramps, I can recommend L Carnitine. It works very well indeed for me.~~~~~~~~~~~update 4/14/21 -- I am finally done with the chemotherapy, as of two weeks ago. While I was taking those pills, I lost 71 pounds, without being on a diet of any kind. I read the label on the L-Carnitine500 bottle, and it says that it facilitates losing weight. I think that they are quite right, and although I no longer need to take them for the leg cramps, or at least, less often, I plan to continue taking them, as I feel it is time for an actual diet and workout plan, now that I feel better. This is a wonderful product!

This product seems to be effective, together with regular exercise and balanced diet. Lost around 5kgs in a month. Only wish the pills were a bit smaller for ease of intake.

Been taking this for the last couple of weeks and I am finding this product is working, slowly losing some weight and working harder in the gym with taking this well worth the money
