i have been taking a whole lot of supplements figuring that at 70 i don;t have alot of time to find out what will get me to 100 with my still dazzling looks, and after a while it is not always clear which of them is doing a significant amount of good, or if they are doing any thing at all of value. But sometimes somethign comes along that stands out as abig deal. after another arduoius week or research i ordered an ahndfu; of things that are suposed to deal with the most recent test results that my doctors are bullying me about so once again i had to change primary physicians to one from some country where men are nice and treatwomen with respect even if they do have some iffy test results. well four days ago this stuff arrived in that familiar smily box. i used to hang out on chinese pharmacies, so i recognized my old friends, those tiny black round pills you take by the handfulls. i began taing them at once 8 three, even 4 times a day. and yesterday three of the 4 bright squares on the urine test stri that were off one or two squares from what they were supposed to be, changed to what they were supposed to be. Ha, just wait till i meet this new doctor and given him some pee! Not to say that i am a bit relieved that i finally found something that can get me better from whatever those colorful squares indicated was less than great, and reasuring me that i can do better than some doctors who did not do anything in several years that improved any test results, justifying my stopping taking the stuff that they tryly believed sis nothing because i must have done something wrong. now all i have to do is get my specific gravity to go deep green and i will be perfect.

This is amazing in helping - eliminating really - hot flashes and night sweats. I'm 49, gluten intolerant and have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. The night sweats were really bad due to the combination of menopause and CFS. (I actually had them for a couple years.) The suggested use is 8 pills 3x a day. I only do 2x a day (too difficult to bring and remember the mid-day dose). I take them in the am and before bed and it does the trick. I'd say I started to feel relief after about 3 days of the 2 doses. My acupuncturist recommended this herb and this particular brand. I'm not fond of the talcum as a filler, but it works and I have no issues to date. I've been taking them for about 2 months and have finally been able to sleep through the night! Ready to order my next bottle!
