I've been taking these teapills for many years.. They were originally prescribed by a Chinese doctor/acupuncturist. While I don't think they would work for major depression, they have really helped me with my milder form. I know this for a fact since for a month, I accidentally took some similar looking pills that my wife takes for something else. I couldn't understand why I felt like I was in a funk until I realized that I had been taking the wrong pills for a month. Due to the nature of traditional Chinese medicine, it's hard to say if these would help others with depression that has a different root cause than mine. All I know is that they really work for me. When my wife asked me to order her some more of this product, I ran (yes, I ran) to the computer to order her the Economy Size. It arrived at our door very quickly.

These were actually helpful for a while and yes you can feel your body slow itself a little bit over time..Early on you may feel a bit “loopy” but they were helpful for a stint. Just not enough long term research on them.
