After adding the dreaded Covid20, I needed something that would help me wear my pre-Covid work and workout clothes without busting out of them. This did the trick and I can see myself relying on them until I eventually get back to my old form. I have the Spanx equivalent and I prefer the support from the Insta Slim compression shirt, but that is only my opinion.

I’ve gained/lost/gained/lost lots of weight throughout my life and now as I’m in my 40’s, I’ve got loose skin. This holds it all in so my structured work stuff looks way better and my pants/belt don’t muffin-top me.It takes me down at least a full size, maybe a little more. You could buy a smaller size if you commit to wearing this for those clothes. I find it comfortable. You feel the squeeze, which is to be expected but I breathe fine in it and I feel it’s like the thunder shirt I put on my dog when he is stressed. It’s like a hug.It is a workout to put on and it almost slingshots off me at the end of the day 🙂. But it stays in place while I’m wearing it.

Great compression no complaints. Best to wear for only a few hours due to heat retainment. Helpful reminder to keep best posture. Provides about a 1/2" compression. Hand washes easy in warm only and dries fast.

I always wear medium t-shirts. 15 1/2 dress shirts. Very difficult getting it on. Had to cut it off with wife’s help. That said, Excellent at holding in my abdominal hernia. I had been using a belt which shows under light colors. Deciding whether to order a large or try other brands.

During COVID I sprouted muffin tops. I bought this product and omg the muffin tops are completely unable to be ~perceived~ under my clothing. I wore this product under a thin cotton shirt to go out to the clubs and I looked so so trim. I will be relying on this product until I work off these muffin tops. Taking on and off takes some getting used to but you will not mind it after 2-3 uses.

I tried many other shirts like this but this is the one I am making a permanent part of my wardrobe. The fit is tight enough to give the support and compression I was looking for. It is a tremendous confidence booster to have my overly large chest kept relatively flat and firm feeling. It also helps with the pain from my degenerative disk disease. Order based on their size chart. If you order a smaller size it won't give you better results and will potentially injure you.

I ordered per the sizing chart (4×). The shirt is good quality but for me there was less compression than I expected. The next one I get will be a 3x.
