Well made, not for everyone.
These tulips work as designed, but they are not the same as open ear. For me they blocked midrange that I can hear myself and my Allures aren’t making, because they are only programmed to produce my high frequency loss. It felt like and sounded like a very small amount of earplug affect as opposed to my open ears. There is a review that says (IN ALL CAPS) “Do yourself a tremendous favor and replace your Widex open ears”, that is an inaccurate review because it is not true for everyone else, only that person that made the review. I will only use these while in a loud environment with my aids turned down a notch or two.

Size
When I first got the hearing aid I had the medium size. They were not so good because I couldn’t hear as much as I thought I would. So I started with the cheapest item to improve them so after a little investigation I found that the tulip ear piece was pretty much the best place to start. So I ordered the large ones and it worked. Perfect. So if you have to put your finger in your ear to make it to where you can hear better, I would recommend you start with a different size tulips.
