Vitamin K2 (MK-4) 1000mcg x 360 Tablets - Phoenix Nutrition

I bought 360 Vitamin K2 1000mcg tablets.I received 3 slim well-sealed packets of 120, which was fine by me as it keeps them fresher for longer.As far as I can see, Phoenix Nutrition has consistently offered the best price/quantity.They are professionally packaged & I would think a high quality item.I'm glad to say that as the benefits of supplementing with Vitamin K2 (ie. the clearing of unwanted Calcium from the veins & the correct addition to the bones) has become a bit more widespread in the last few years, the overall prices have come down & the quality/availability has gone up.. Thank you.

No idea about absorption yet. Tablets are hard so don't assume you can cut them in half. Best Before date was good.

Nothing to dislike, helps to cleanse arteries and blood vessels. Just what I was looking for.

I assume these are doing what they're supposed to in nutrient terms (I take them along with D3), but sometimes it's hard to actually swallow them before the tablet completely comes apart and becomes a gritty, chalky mess in your mouth. Fine if the tablet goes straight down but if you have any issues swallowing like I sometimes do it can cause problems. If they could be film coated or something - anything to prevent this rapid disintegration - I'd give 5 stars.For clarification I don't just mean the powder starts coming away like with a paracetamol or something. On the plus side there's no discernible taste even when they disintegrate.

This is the highest dosage of vitamin K-2 and MK I can find. Really works well for me.Also arrived very fast and well packaged.Phoenix Nutrition please offer a subscription service.Thanks again!

If I take one of these a day I continue to bruise as though I had taken none. If I take one twice daily I no longer bruise as easily on every little bump.

I'm a medical doctor and nutritionist and have done a lot of reading about whether to add supplemental K2 MK4 to ones supplement regimen (in addition to MK7); I've come to the conclusion it's a good idea and these tablets provide excellent value in a small easy to swallow form.
