This is a reliable water flosser. I have had this one for over 3 years and used at least 2 times a day. One of the charging prongs weakened and broke off when I cleaned it or this water flosser would still be going. I found the speed and pressure to be very good, and it cleaned my teeth profoundly better than flossing. It has been easy to use, easy to charge, which remains strong and lasts for days into over a week. One suggestion is to be sure to protect the charging port by using the rubber plug that keeps it dry while in use. Otherwise, water will cause corrosive buildup and shorten the life of this water flosser. I am purposely purchasing it again because I had 3 years of very satisfied use and hope to gain even more now that I know to plug that port consistently.

Our other brand worked fine, until it didn't. That one was no longer available. I replaced it with this one months ago and have had no issues. I'm always surprised after brushing how much leftovers I have. I don't care for flossing so this is the perfect alternative. It's definitely part of my bedtime routine. I would buy it again. And the battery lasts a long time between recharging.

Product is good but it last only year and a half however the customer service is very good. They honor the warranty of 24 months and send a replacement water flossers.

I purchased this flosser in an attempt to avoid having a deep gum cleaning. In reading reviews of water flossers in general I learned they can be messy so I wanted one that I could use in the shower. And since I was new to using a water flosser, I didn't want to spend a bunch of money in case I didn't like it or couldn't use it for some reason. This one is ideal for what I wanted. It is rechargeable and I've only needed to charge it maybe 4 times since January. There is a tight fitting stopper that covers the charging port to keep water from getting in while in the shower. There are 3 different settings and none are uncomfortable for me. (Of course, everyone has different sensitivity levels.) I fill it daily which is easy to do. It would be nice to only have to fill it every few days but I think it would have made it cumbersome to use if the tank were larger. All in all, it's been a great purchase. AND, the dentist was very pleased with the condition of my gums so no deep cleaning!!

I like it's mobility. We have one bathroom, so I need the flexability of locations when I floss. Long lasting charge. Great product. I only wish there was more than one, of the brush head-type that I use, included in the packaging.

I had to return this flosser because it wouldn’t charge. I’m not sure why but my husband bought the exact same flosser and his works fine. I returned it for another flosser (exact same one) and the second one wouldn’t charge either. It’s very hit or miss if it will work or not. The working one is great though! The speeds and ease of use is perfect. I just wish there was more reliability when it comes to this flosser.

Been using this oral irrigator for half dozen years now. I keep an extra one on hand. Nothing lasts forever. A must in my oral health routine.

When I bought this and was surprised by its power and battery life. My last one was good, but the low pressure flow on this baby, is perfect. I started out on the regular pressure, but it was way too strong. I see why other reviews say that it blasted them. I’ve used these for a few years, but this one is my favorite. It fits nicely in my hand, and I am able to control the on/off with my thumb. DO NOT attempt to change the flow while it’s on and you’re not familiar with the button placement. I found that out the hard way and blasted myself in the face. I’m glad no one was there to see, because I did have to redo a section of my makeup after soaking my face and part of the wall. Oh well, lesson learned. Anyway, the battery plug is super handy, and it has a nice seal and doesn’t leak. I love that it empties completely if you don’t use all the water. Battery life is great, too. I think I charge it once every 2 weeks or so after daily use. Definitely recommend.
