The tie hanger was exactly as described. It installed easily on the back of my closet door. One of the screw covers included with the product was smaller than the other and would not grip or stay in the hole. I clicked the "return or replace items" button on the "Your Orders" page and described the problem, asking for a replacement. The vendor reached out via e-mail within a couple of hours. After exchanging a couple of e-mails to clarify what the issue was, the vendor sent the replacement part out the same day! I received two sets of screw covers today, in different colors. One set matched the tie rack perfectly. I am impressed with the vendor's customer service. It couldn't have been better.

Absolutely perfect. Sturdy construction and they hold a ton of ties in neat little rows, perfect for your closet.

Easy to install and worked great for my tie collection.

First of all, the description says this is 22" x 3" x 4". It is actually 22" long, 2" high, and 1" thick. Secondly, the holes for the screws go about half way through the 1" thick piece of wood; so, about 1/2" of the screws they give you do not get into the wall at all. As a result, if you are putting this onto drywall, the screws do not go far enough into the drywall anchors they give you to hold. You can either use slightly smaller anchors, or longer screws, or (best of all) use toggle bolt anchors. I fear that with only a screw at each end of this 22" long bar, it would not take much to work loose over time, so I used a little glue, too. Finally, as other reviewers noted, some of the bars are a little bent.

The product dimensions are misleading. It is 22" wide, not 17" wide.I bought this because I needed a rack that fit into a smaller space. I did not see the previous reviewer who noted the incorrect dimensions! It was from March 2015 - nobody can fix the description in all that time?Very disappointed. I am going to have to hack four inches off the thing in order to make it fit. So much for a nice finish.

Unlike what is written in the reviews of some other tie racks available here, particularly the cedar ones, the walnut finish on this product is nice and smooth, so I don't fear snagging my ties on wood slivers or a rough unsanded, unvarnished finish. A full set of hardware was included - screws, anchors, and caps to cover screw holes. Two of the prongs that hold the ties were slightly bend upon arrival. I think it reasonable to assume it happens during shipping. I was able to easily bend the misaligned prongs to be parallel to the others. No worries. Overall it does what you need it to, and doesn't look bad doing it. Definitely a grade up from the cheapest tie racks listed here on Amazon.

I needed to add another tie rack as my first wooden one was full. This was the closest match I could find and like it better than my old one. Came with needed hardware. Two screws and you're done.

Have no complaints. Enough spacing in between the pegs where you can hang two ties on one if you need to. Would recommend
