Never plant an orchid in dirt. Perfect way to kill it. Use some good bark. The fertilizer is to be used weekly.

Depends on what type of orchid and the season. During growing season, every 3-4 weeks is a good average. Back off after flowering, as some orchids have a dormant stage

Good for amaryllis ? All bulbs ??

I would use 24-8-16 much like miracle grow
