Great tasting coffee beans!!!
I bought the coffee beans on April 28 and I just used the last of it today June 25. The coffee beans still produce good crema and taste pretty good after that long period of time, but the beans were stored in a airtight container. The beans produced excellent crema and very tasty espresso.

I,ve been purchasing this off and on for years and it,s good quality coffee ,at a good price ,smells nice and is smooth. No problems with it being acidic and it,s organic too.

Energy boost
This is great for espresso machines. Has a god amount of caffeine as well because it always wakes me up. Some other brands I have tried don’t give me that ‘wake up’ feeling but this one is great!

Scrumptious
Wow, the flavor is scrumptious and has a smooth bright freshness that makes you sit up and take notice. What a difference from the non-organic espresso beans I was using. No acidity whatsoever so now I can enjoy a second cup every day. The mildness is a nice change. I am able to use a double scoop of ground coffee for one strong cup in my Capresso machine which probably means i'll go through the bag faster but when it tastes this good I don't mind. There's no turning back once you've tasted this. I'm hooked.

Not as good as it used to be.
It's very inconsistent, one batch is fine, another batch is so bitter that I had to throw it away after a few tries. 4 years ago when I first started buying these from whole food, they used to be excellent, on par with Verve and other well known coffee brands. Now they completely lost it, I've purchased different types of coffee beans from Allegro but none are good.

Excellent coffee.
Very happy with this purchase, beans seem very fresh. Deep, dark and rich with chocolate notes, this is my favorite new coffee. I brewed in a drip machine and it came out perfect.
