Really works and I WAS an Insomniac
Excellent stuff. I haven’t been able to get restful sleep in years. Finally, after taking these religiously for 2 weeks I feel rested and refreshed in the morning. It is a miracle. I am trying the Energy chews next! Great stuff.

Sleep aide?
I'm a night shift working and have a lot of trouble getting a good night's rest on my days off. I tried this on how's of sleeping and it didn't work for me. I even tried taking 2 chews at a time

Absolutely do what they say! Uninterrupted sleep. Better than melatonin....in my opinion. A bit pricey though.
