I bought this to replace one I had before. I researched and looked at several for a couple of days before giving this one a try.I like it. It has temperature control and the power button is on the inside so I can't accidentally turn it off while "ironing" my hair. Now, my hair is already straight so this flatiron didn't get much of a workout but my hair IS very thick. The iron laid the hair cuticle down and I looked pretty good.One thing that sold me on this one instead of another one was the price. You're getting your moneys worth. Another nice item that came with it was the sleeve. The packaging is nice and the magnetic box it came in was claimed by my child who "needed" it.All in all the flatiron works and is a great purchase. The travel sleeve is nice to keep it all together and I can pack it in a bag while it's still hot if I need to without worrying about melting my compact.

I have thick hair with a natural wave. I have never had straight hair in my life - but I recently got it cut in layers for a wedding. This titanium straightener is wonderful. I have played with it over and over and can't believe the results. I am having trouble turning up the ends of my hair but I will keep practicing. One important thing I noticed is that it has not left my hair frizzy - which is one of the things I was concerned about. You will love this iron once you figure out how to turn it on.

I initially purchased this for myself but decided to use on my daughters hair. She has thicker hair than I do, so It takes at least 3-4 passes to straighten really good but it works and I also like the style of the flat iron.

Great flat iron. The digital display is easy to read. The buttons are out of the way so you don’t accidentally hit them while straightening your hair. The ends are angled so it’s easy to get a section of hair in between the plates. The auto shut off time is adjustable so you can set it for how long it takes to do your hair. Love not having to worry about if I forgot to unplug the flat iron. It definitely shuts off after the set amount of time.

I LOVE this flat iron. Absolutely love it. After reading some of the reviews, I decided to go for it. I have long, thick and wavy hair. I only need to go over a section of hair one time and it's super straight and shiny. The flat iron heats up super fast. It also has tips that I can place my fingers on at the end without burning them. It's such a great quality product. Definitely a good deal. It's also pretty and comes with a little pouch that I use as a heat mat for my countertop. I'd recommend to all my friends!

Went to use it this morning and it would not turn on. I used it less than a dozen times total

I really liked the packaging in which the straightener came in! I ended up keeping the box since it was pretty cute. Other than that, the straightener works good. It definitely heats up really fast and the titanium plates help with straightening smoothly.However, there are a few things I do not like: There isn’t a locking option when you’re putting it away; I have to wrap the cord around it to close it. Secondly, the temperature goes by odd numbers, if I want it to be “400 degrees” exactly, it won’t be 400 but it will display 401, 403 etc. it might not be an issue for others but for me it’s just random. Thirdly, it definitely feels and looks like a $30-$35 straightener.

I am so happy that I finally found the best flat iron that I have ever got.You litterlay get Salon quality hair at home .and you will be able to get this look and feel amazing about yourself everyday.Your hair is going to look gorgeous.
