As someone who has debilitating anxiety and thin nails, it’s nearly impossible for me to grow out my own nails without picking at them or then breaking on their own. But I’m here to tell you that these Biotin gummies have changed the game!! My nails are strong and have grown easily without chipping or breaking. My girl friend gave me a high five today because she’s never seen my natural nails this long and healthy in our 8 year-long friendship. I’ve also noticed that my hair has been much healthier lately to where I’ve actually needed to wash it more often; usually wash it once or twice a week but now that my hair’s actually producing oil again I’ve been able to wash it more often without drying it out!! Now for the actual gummies- they taste SO GOOD! I take quite a few pills daily so adding in another supplement gets to be annoying to me, but not with these gummies. Because they taste so good I actually look forward to taking them every day! I keep them in the bathroom by my toothbrush so I remember to take them every morning. I’m super happy with these gummies! I used to take biotin pills when I was a teen and I always had such nice hair. I’m glad to be taking biotin again in a much yummier way!!

I am getting older and my hair started to falling out which got me concerned. Was researching and came across Havasu Nutrition High Potency Biotin Gummies. The reviews were great so I thought I would give it a shot. I ordered this item in early May and since then have noticed huge improvements - my hair not only stopped falling out but started to look thicker and had a natural shine to it. Nails have also grown pretty quickly and look very healthy. Would highly recommend this product. My suggestion is to give it at least two to three weeks of use to actually see a difference. It worked for me so I hope it does as well for others. It also tastes great which is rare for this type of product.

To be honest, I love the fact that these biotin supplements are in gummy form. I don't know why but whenever my supplements are in gummy form I for some reason remember to always take them faithfully. They taste amazing so that could be a factor. The great reviews really caught my eye about this brand because I've taken other brands and they feel like they did nothing for me. And some either made me breakout or have huge headaches; no matter how much water I drank. With the Havasu Nutrition biotin gummies I haven't had any breakouts and no headaches. My skin is looking really good, my nails are growing at a much faster rate and also my eyelashes are so much longer and thicker than before. I'm amazed. I can't wait to see how it helps me with my hair growth though. I haven't been taking it long enough to notice any difference but I've gotten such great results elsewhere so I don't see any reason not to continue taking them.

This review is so long overdue but worth the read. I have struggled with trichotillomania since I was about 8 years old. It is finally now under control, but two years ago, the summer of 2018, I was fired for complaining about harassment at the start up I worked at...unexpected, stressful, anxiety ridden, no ideal how to pay rent or bills...the perfect storm for a TTM trigger. I picked a HUGE bald spot on my scalp...so embarrassing. I wore my hair up constantly, tried rogaine...did it all. I was at a point where I was terrified the hair just wouldn’t grow back. Fast forward to April 2019...seeking yet better hair regrowth options, I somehow stumbled upon this particular biotin product. I’ve take biotin supplements for years, wasn’t sure they ever did much. But this?? The photos I saw were amazing. I almost didn’t believe it, but was so desperate to do something about my situation I gave it a shot. Sorry I don’t have a picture of the raw bald spot. I was simply embarrassed of what I’d done. Photo 1 is 2-3ish months into taking this product, July 5, 2019. Photo 2 is 10/11/19. Photo 3 is June 2020. My hair stylist who has done my seamless wefts since 2019 but who has known me since 2009, specializes in hair regeneration. I couldn’t afford her treatments in the past. However, she has been STUNNED consistently at the results I’ve had after a year, and even recommends this product to her clients. My hair has grown at least at 5x the normal speed. I added collagen supplements around February of this year and I believe that helps as well. This does what Sugar Bear Hair claims to do; for a fraction of the price. The only con is I’m having to dye my greys every 2.5-3 weeks 😂 great problem to have Just buy it. I am so grateful for this product. The gummies are delicious and easy to take - they taste like strawberries! I've tried other biotin supplements in the past, but these gummies are by far the most effective. I think it's because they're made with high-quality ingredients and are easy to digest. One thing to note is that it takes a few weeks to start seeing results, so be patient! But trust me, it's worth it. I've already recommended these gummies to my friends and family. My only suggestion would be to make the bottle a bit bigger - I go through these gummies pretty quickly! But overall, I'm super happy with the results and would definitely buy them again. It’s worth the cost and it easy to melt and have some sort of stickiness to it ‼️

After my first pregnancy I had a lot of hair loss which lasted about a year, or a little more. After my second baby was born I started having hair loss (at around 1 month after baby was born) and a friend recommended this supplement to me. I started taking it and noticed the hair loss slowed significantly. Then I ran out and there was about 2 weeks where I did not take it. During that time the large amounts of hair loss came back! Then I got some more and have made sure not to run out again and the hair loss once again slowed. Now I still have some hair loss, but I feel like it’s a normal amount like before I had kids, and I can see some actual regrowth in the worst area of hair loss (my baby is 7 months old, hair growth is shown in the picture). Around 7 months after my first born my hair was still falling out, big time. I will definitely recommend this to my pregnant friends for postpartum in hair loss. I only wish I’d started taking it immediately after my baby was born. Flavor is sweet, like a chewy candy. I’ve been taking it for 6 months twice a day and still not tired of the flavor.

This is an UPDATE: So everything was goof until I got towards the end of the bottle and realized that I've been developing very painful cystic acne on my shoulders. I thought it was hormonal and after a lot of research, found out this is my issue. Sadly I'll need to stop. It's worth a try for people who've never had acne issues in the past. But if you get some... just beware that it may develop worse over time. I've tried so many things to grow my brittle nails & always resorted to just getting fakes to avoid the hassle. But I got tired of going to the salon so I decided to try these. YES! Flavor is decent. I take them every day with my lunch and the nails are grown out now looking great!

They seemed good. Great taste. Easy to take. I used them all up which is saying something. Not sure how effective they are in making my thinning hair improve but, can't h urt!!

I think they work pretty good. I’m using many things for hair like hair growth shampoo too but I did notice the gummies working. Also I could tell my nails looked even better and stronger. It takes time like everything else, but be patient, it will help hair growth. My results were seen within 3 months. Just give it time and see how it works for you! I think the price is great and also the product contains the adequate amount of biotin to get real results. It’s not an empty gummy with sugar like some others. It’s worth the time!
