I’ve been dealing with nerve pain on and off for a few years, and while it’s usually manageable, when it flares up it can be hard to get comfortable, especially at night or after sitting too long. I picked up this Nervionix Sciatica Cream hoping it could offer some topical relief without needing to take more pain meds, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised. The cream has a smooth texture, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave a greasy residue which I really appreciate. I’ve used other creams in the past that stained sheets or felt sticky and I like that this one doesn’t do that at all. The scent is mild and not medicine smelling which is another plus. I’ve been applying it to my lower back and upper thigh once or twice a day when the nerve pain starts creeping in. While it doesn’t erase the pain entirely it does take the edge off enough that I can move around a little easier or fall asleep without tossing and turning. I especially notice the relief about 10 to 15 minutes after applying and it seems to last for a good couple of hours. I also like knowing it’s made in the USA and formulated with natural ingredients. That matters to me, especially when I’m using something regularly on my skin. If you’re someone who deals with mild to moderate nerve or muscle pain symptoms I’d say this is definitely worth a try. It’s not a miracle cure but it’s a gentle, non-invasive option that has earned a spot in my medicine cabinet.

This might be the best cream I've used for my achy, painful ankle... period. I've been dealing with this ankle thing for a couple of months. It's swollen and achy and it hurts most of the time. I've been using Magnesium w/Arnica cream and while that helps, it never really takes away the pain. I really thought feeling ok sometimes was as good as it would get. I ordered this initially thinking it was a knock off of another brand, which I used in the past and kind of liked. As soon as I opened it I realized I was wrong. This looks and smells totally different. This has a gel-like consistency and is a light blue color. It smells like menthol, but not intensely. The smell dissipates quickly. I tried it out the first night and no kidding w/in 10 mins I realized I felt no achiness. I went to bed a couple of hours later, still no pain. I woke up the next day and didn't feel like my ankle was made of stone. I thought maybe it was placebo effect. So I tried it again with the same result. I've used it now for a week, my ankle feels 80% better. It's crazy. It has fantastic ingredients Menthol, arnica, vitaminB6 and E, MSM and Aloe. It's made in the USA. The seller also sent a supplement called Neuroturna for nerve support. It has ALA, L-arginine, Magnesium and a bunch of other great vitamins for nerve health. I've tried it and so far it seems to be a solid multi-supplement. I take alot of these ingredients already, so to have everything in one makes life easier. As far as the Neuropathy cream, I'm going to continue to use it for as long as it continues to work. It's getting 5 stars from me, but I wish I could give it more. One of my best orders of the year. My sister, whom I live with, has been having Sciatica pain for years after a bad fall on some steps. She has okay days and some really bad days, where getting from room to room is a challenge. She has prescribed meds, but sometimes they either do too much or they don't quite do enough. I ordered this topical cream for when she is having a more difficult day or when her Sciatica is starting to act up, kind of as an in-between solution. She loves this stuff! She says that it's not greasy, it smells better than other creams that she's tried, it absorbs into the skin very quickly, so relief comes quickly, and (oh yeah!) it actually works. It's not a miracle cream, but it definitely takes the edge off so that activity is possible (bearable). I don't personally deal with Sciatica, but someone close to me obviously does, and she thought that this was a very thoughtful gift for her to try, and doubly so, since it works and she can continue to purchase it as part of her treatment arsenal.

So I wasn’t expecting to be wowed by another cream, but Nervionix Pro has earned a spot in my rotation. It’s lightweight, non-greasy and a little goes a long way. I use it on my lower back and legs after a long day in the yard or when I’ve just plain overdone it, and it really takes the edge off the discomfort. It doesn’t magically fix sciatica, nothing does, but it definitely makes the pain more manageable. Bonus points for the clean, natural ingredient list (menthol, arnica, turmeric, aloe, and more), and the fact that it’s made in the USA and doctor-formulated gives me extra peace of mind. Oh, and it doesn’t have that super intense “locker room” smell some muscle and joint creams do. All in all: great value and solid relief.

It goes on easy, smells good and is easy to apply. Once it penetrates your skin you will notice the cooling effect. It tingles after settling in. It's a temporary fix but it works. Love that most of the ingredients are natural as well. I'm pretty happy with the results.

I have sciatica episodes on and off, and I tried this cream - without expecting too much, mind you - and it seemed to help! It is thinnish in consistency, absorbs within a minute or so, and feels pleasantly cool, while numbing the discomfort. I looked at the ingredients - and was impressed there as well: lots of botanicals - just the way I like it. Made in USA.
