Perfect for delicates, dog diapers, etc.
First off, know what you're buying, and be reasonable about it. This isn't going to power wash a pair of jeans. I bought this to specifically wash my dog's reusable diapers. Since, I've started to wash my delicate undergarments and this thing is great. I had purchased another from a different seller in February and it broke 5 months later which led me to this. This machine is quiet. It doesn't wash super fast or agitate aggressively. But it does the job, as stated earlier in my review — this isn't going to replace a regular washer. The drainage tube is attached underneath and makes it very easy to drain water when finished. I haven't used the spin function as I prefer to hand rinse and squeeze the water out as it doesn't take much time. From a design standpoint, this is beautiful. If you have a beige/tan/brown or warm toned bathroom or laundry room, this will fit nicely and looks better than some of the other ones on Amazon that are bright colors. I will say I don't think that it holds 20L — the inside pamphlet says 13L, though still plenty of room and larger than the previous one I had.

Don’t do it!
I am giving this portable washing machine a one-star rating, and frankly, that feels generous. While the compact, collapsible design is visually appealing and looks great for small spaces, the actual performance is non-existent. I tested this unit with nothing more than four or five thin, lightweight kitchen rags—the kind used for simple stove and counter cleanups—and the machine failed to handle even that minor task. The motor is completely underpowered; it lacks the torque to create any meaningful agitation. It barely moves the water, let alone the items inside, effectively turning the "wash cycle" into a stagnant soak. My take: * Zero Agitation Power: Despite being loaded well below capacity with only a handful of thin rags, the machine fails to move the water or the load. It is essentially a decorative bucket. * Failed Utility: A machine that cannot even handle a few small, lightweight rags is fundamentally broken. It fails to perform the one basic function it was designed for. * Technically Useless: The engineering here is purely aesthetic. While it looks like a functional appliance on the counter, it provides zero cleaning capability, making it a completely useless piece of equipment. Don't be fooled by the sleek, portable design. When it comes to actually washing anything, this machine is a total dud. It doesn't do a single thing it promises. Save your space and your money for a product that actually functions.

Works!
The spin cycle is not as strong as a regular washing machine so you might need to give your items a quick wring to get any extra moisture out. But for a countertop washing machine I think it works really well and I highly recommend it.

Good laundry machine for a family vacation.
We used this washing machine every day while staying at our cabin on vacation. Overall, I was satisfied with it. It’s a good option for small loads of laundry, doesn’t take up much space, and uses very little water. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the spin cycle didn’t work for me at all, so I had to wring out the clothes by hand. Other than that, it’s a good washing machine for the price.

Small washer machine!!
Before I bought it I checked few reviews to make my purchase. And then I give 3.5 stars because the spinning cycle needs to improve, I have to wring my clothes by hand. Only is for small loads like socks and underwear but if I used for pants or tops or something else needs to be three pieces or less bc the machine doesn’t work properly if it overloaded . The water hose is underneath and is easy to drain the water off. The bottoms very easy to used. When I have to full the machine with water I have to used a bucket or direct from the sink faucet. And after every used I just wipe off and folded it and put in a safe place. This little machine save me money a lot of money in the laundromat, is worth it every penny. But like I mentioned at the beginning just need to improve the spinning cycle rather than that I’m happy with my purchase.

Perfect for travel and camping!
I absolutely loved this portable washing machine! It’s super convenient for washing small items while traveling, and I love that it folds down compactly, so it doesn’t take up much space when stored. I think it’s especially useful for anyone who travels frequently or enjoys camping. Very practical and easy to store. Definitely a 5 star product for me!

Too Weak and Impractical to Replace Hand Washing
I bought this mainly for washing small loads and delicate clothes, thinking it would be useful when I didn’t want to run a full-size washing machine. Unfortunately, it ended up creating more work than it saved. The biggest disappointment is the washing performance. Even with a small amount of clothing, the movement isn’t strong enough to give me confidence that everything is being cleaned properly. Adding too many items makes it noticeably worse, so the 20L capacity sounds more useful on paper than it feels in actual use. The spin-dryer was another frustration. Clothes still came out much wetter than I expected, and getting the load balanced properly can be annoying. Between filling it, draining it, rearranging the clothes, and then spinning them, the entire process becomes surprisingly hands-on. The folding design is clever for storage, but I would rather have something slightly larger that actually saves me time. For travel or an RV, I can understand the appeal, but the performance simply wasn’t good enough for me. It’s possible I received a unit that wasn’t performing as strongly as intended, but based on my experience, I would rather hand-wash a few delicate items than go through the trouble of setting this machine up.

Easy to use and looks good
I was impressed with the ease of use and the way it folds up easily and neatly. I wash small items and it's great - even the spinner. It doesn't aim to spin them really dry, but it does squeeze out a good amount of water and better than me wringing them dry. I have also washed T-shirts easily, and even a cotton sweater (though I did not spin it because it was too big for the spinning basket). I like the size and weight which is perfect for my apartment. The button functionality is good and easy to use and the noise level is low. I'm happy with this purchase.

Impressive for a mini machine!
Wow, this is an impressive little washing machine!! It does not replace a large washing machine, which I will discuss in this review, but it is extremely useful for small things and delicates. The washing machine has a silicone metal that folds down for storage, it is a pretty thick, silicone, middle, and it is not all that easy to open and collapse. It has to be stiff in order to stay open to withstand the wash cycles, so I find I just leave it totally open, because I don’t want to exert the effort to collapse it. The little washer is the size of a large bucket, and it even has a handle. It’s actually quite attractive, and I happen to really like the high shine magenta trim on it! Using it is pretty easy, it comes with written instructions, but I found watching online videos, a lot more helpful to understand how to set it up and get it going. Set up is quite easy, once all the film and packaging, I removed you plug it in, positioned the drain into a sink, add water and detergent, and it’s ready to go. The power button is quite intuitive, and it has three cycles: fast wash, which is five minutes, wash, which is 10 minutes, and spin. There’s also a button to pause the cycles. You have to manually fill this with water, and also when it is done washing, you have to manually remove the plug from the drain as it does not self drain. If you want the laundry, rinsed it with clean water which I do you have to fill it with more water and run one more cycle. The motor on this is impressive, and I am shocked how well it agitates the load. I can’t hold a ton, because the water level can only go about halfway up the bucket as indicated. As a result, you can’t wash any large items in it. I would say the most I can do is a few T-shirts, I don’t think this could manage for example a pair of jeans. It is perfect for my delicates, and does a great job. I personally think this is worth having and using for me, because I like to watch my delicates separately. It’s also great for any odd things that I need washed quickly because it uses relatively little water and power, and I can run a cycle a lot faster and easier than handwashing. So it’s useful, but as I said, because the capacity is small, it’s not really a replacement for a regular sized washing machine. Overall, I would say performance is impressive for a little machine like this. And for me, it happens to be useful.

A great purchase
This is one of the best purchases I've had. It does the work and it does it really well and efficiently. The spinning basket is quite spaceious. I easily wash up to 7 or 8 pieces of underware or 4 pieces of small tops or 2 to 3 pieces of larger tops in one wash. It is powerful, sturdy, beautiful and well functioning without weird noises or plastic smell. I used to wash my clothes everyday with hands because of sensitivity to other detergents so it was a game changer for me.

Poca potencia

Good for laundering your smaller items
I plan on doing a long road trip and don’t always have the chance to find a place to get them clean. This type of setup would have helped me in the past, but will definitely in the future. The setup is pretty straightforward. The main body is made of thick heavy duty silicone that is pulled up by the attached handle and more than doubles the size of the machine. The clear cover allows you to see how the job is going, but keep in mind that you won’t see too much if you’ve used warm water and can’t see due to the humidity. The front of the machine has three settings - spin, short wash and long wash. The short only goes for around 5 minutes, while the long wash is 10 minutes. I found that I had to do a few different rounds to make sure that it’s sufficient. There’s a drain hose under the machine that should be put into a sink or wherever when you drain the machine or spin out items using the included small basket for spinning. Unfortunately I ended up needing to test this before going on a trip, since our washing machine broke down and I needed to do some laundry before it was repaired. So I ended up testing it at home. I started small, using socks and underwear. The machine did handle these fine, and I used a bit of travel detergent to clean the clothes. It has an agitator at the bottom that does seem to move the clothes more than I thought it would, and I was impressed with that. After washing I drained the water and refilled the machine to the fill line in order to get the clothes rinsed. To spin it out I had to put the small basket in, and overfilled it the first time and watched while the socks on top flew out of the basket. Turns out there’s a small fill line, so realistically you can only spin out a couple thick socks, or underwear, or anything like that. I also washed shirts and pants, but the pants simply didn’t work well as the jeans were too bulky for the machine to work with at all. The controls are a little odd, in that you use one button to change your selection, and the other one to turn it on. The strange bit is that there’s no off or pause button for when things happen like, oh, socks flying out of the spin basket. I had to unplug the power and then restart any time that happened. Is that a big deal? Not really. But it’s something that I found was a bit annoying when using it. Overall, this machine can do the job for when you need to wash smaller items, but if you have jeans, then you’re going to need to go to a laundromat or something.
