BUY THIS One!!! Look No Further
I saw no other fully 2 dual charge portable/home chargers anywhere. This well priced and packaged top-quality, device with a 4 x 5 sturdy , illustrated instruction booklet was a joy to unpack. Looks like it will surely last the 10,000 charges they claim.E Charging ~ for 2017 BMW i3 estimate 4 ¾ hours for 128 miles Deceased BMW Charger took 14 hours for 128 e-milesWill take to use in the mountains from 120 volt.(My 1st review after thousands of Amazon products)

As promised !
2 year anniversary of owning this. Purchased for its dual charging capabilities lvl1and2. Has worked every time. The toggle of amp draw is a big plus as I use via 240 plug with adapter and 120 when only thing available. You do need to know which adaptors are needed AND the circuit breaker strength before you draw at full speed or.... do not assume. Device will throw safety errors if this is the case. Always keep it my frunk with all of my other adapters. Cheers

Don’t waste your time
First time EV owner here. Wasn’t really sure which cord or what to buy. I purchased this thinking I would be able to use to charge until I got the hang of this whole EV thing. Plugged the car in, started charging immediately. Me, being paranoid, went to check an hour later and this message was displayed. Unplugged, reset, plugged back up. Same thing. It take triple the time, because the box continues to throw over current warnings. Brought the car back to the lot to make sure I wasn’t doing anything wrong. Nope…over current. Over and over and over again. Now, I have to unplug the car and rest the box every 30 minute to an hour to get it to charge. Don’t waste your time here.

Flexible, Portable, and Affordable EV Charger
So far I love this charger and I’m very pleased with how flexible it is. I started looking for a new charger for my Chevy Volt when the stock 120v charger got warn and was having problems releasing from the charge port. I probably could have fixed the old charge connector but wanted a better charger eventually anyway. Then I found this charger that had all the features I wanted and was more affordable than the name brand chargers. My wish list included:- Capable of 120v and 240v charging- Adapter for 120v power outlet included so you know it works for it- Affordable in the $200-$400 range- Accurate charge status or info screen- Portable so I can charge my Volt when on trips and no public chargers are available- Longer charge cable than the stock chargerThis was one of the few chargers that checked all my wish list boxes. Some cheaper chargers were 120v and 240v capable but were designed around 120v or the adapter for 120v was separate so no guarantees it would work. I was looking at name brand chargers and they were a lot more expensive and had dumb features or lacked features I wanted. The big sell for me on this charger is that it’s designed for 240v but can do 120v. So it has the thicker cables needed to handle 240v when I eventually can use that for faster charging. Currently we rent where we live, so only have access to a 120v plug outside. But when we get a house or better electric car I wanted it to have 240v capability and higher amp rating for charging like a Chevy Bolt EUV or other future electric car. This charger lets you choose 12, 24, or 40 amps, with the 120v only able to use the 12 amp setting. Most chargers would just use whatever amps the outlet supports but it’s still nice to have the option to choose the amp setting manually. The extra long charge cable is also nice to have and is a pain when you need a longer cable but don’t have it.Overall this gets a big recommendation from me. It’s flexible in being able to charge at 120v with the included adapter or 240v also you can choose the amps, it’s got thicker cables than 120v chargers but still very portable, and it’s much more affordable than other chargers from ChargePoint or Leviton.

Well Worth It!
I purchased the 240V 32 amp charging station back in July of 2019 and is working perfectly with no issues on my 2019 Chevrolet Bolt! If you are in the market for one of these fast chargers make sure you have a professional licensed Electrician install a 240V outlet because this needs that special socket. Well worth the money I paid for it last year and it was long over due on a review!

Works as lvl1 charger for Kia EV6 but struggles with 40 amp
It works as described with 12 Amps on standard socket to lvl1 charge Kia ev6—— updateAfter installing 48 amp circuit and changing EV6 charging settings, the charger throws an error randomly during charging. Sometimes it works for 1h sometimes longer.

Better than I expected...Great In fact!
This was a low cost replacement for a name brand wall mounted charger I had. My exceptions were modest. I figured this would be a portable changer when I replaced by wall charge with a EV2Grid charger in the future. So a cheap stop-gap.But I got to say, this is Awesome. It is quality construction. Having data displayed on-device is much appreciated vs only via an App. The cable is much easier for my wife to handle. Overall, I'm very impressed.

Updated review, Had initial problems
The customer service people are wonderful to work with, My EV6 was having problems asking for too much juice and the charger trying to give it all, which then made it think it was in a short circuit situation. There is a way to reduce the current being asked for by the car in the setting that I will adjust to make this power charger work properly.First review, before I gave the engineers a chance to work on the problem I was having. (my Bad)Used twice and it the second time it showed a short circuit. It shows 13.9A on the 12A, 28.6 on the 24A, and 48A on the 40A. I suspect there is some kind of a high resistance in one of the wires due to a poor soldier joint. If the manufacturer can contact me with a solution I would submit a positive review
