This is the biscuit cutter to rule them all. Aesthetically it's very pleasing, almost beautiful. The thinness of the outer wall means you cannot wash and dry these, as they will expand and crack (this happened to my first one). I recommend oiling it with food-grade mineral oil when you first get it for peace of mind.
