Black Country Dictionary & Phrase Book

Absolute Rip-off
Very little content. Padded out with blank pages and some just one short paragraph per page. Pages printed and trimmed unaligned and at an angle. Only 30 pages of printed material plus ten blank pages. No photos or illustrative content. Much better books on the subject are available

Bostin' Book to read.
I was born and bred in Wolverhampton, in the Black Country, and it was a loff to read the dialect in the book, even my son was in hysterics with the wording. I unfortunately had to move to East Yorkshire in 1999, but still have my strong accent, and am very proud of it. It was bostin' to read the book, and remember the odd saying. Thank you again, for making me loff out loud.

A present
I bought this for my Canadian cousin, her grandparents came from the Black Country. I thought it would be nice for her to read about the phrases and the meaning of certain words spoken in the Black Country. She has contacted me thanking for it and she is looking forward to learning how to speak Black Country.
